Massage was so/so, never asked if the pressure was okay, and just felt kind of off. The massage felt rushed and skipped a lot of features which are to be expected during a normal massage. And even though I did not enjoy the massage, we still tipped for the massage, in which we were then asked to TIP MORE, that is very scummy and not a good practice. Won't be coming back here.

I have been coming to Zen Spa for muscle knots in my left thigh. I have had deep tissue massages from Linda, Jenny, May, and Anna. Every massage has been very good. The most recent with Anna was the best deep tissue massage I have ever had. She worked deep muscles in my left hip and thigh area that no one else has ever worked. I now walk better with less limp afterwards.

My first time coming here, and I will be returning. The price was fair, and Lisa gave me a really good massage. She got the pressure perfect and was really skilled in hitting all the knots. The location was clean, quiet, and comfortable. They earned a new customer.

My daughter and I went in today the massage was decent, And I did tip but they were telling me they wanted 22% tip I don't think people should be asking for a tip i did tip but not 22%. I will not be going back due to them all standing around you questioning the tip and wanting to run your credit card again so you can tip them more. Horrible. . They charged $2 to run your card but because I had 2 people they charged me $4. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE They did pull that 1 over on me.

When the assistant manager Kevin was there it was great. Always professional, respectful, and a great massage. Then he left and the atmosphere became rushed, disrespectful, and massages hurt like they were punishing you for coming in. I didn't leave a negative review until the 3rd time they tried to sign me up for their rewards program Five Stars without my consent after I stopped being a customer. There are many good places to go where they are respectful of customers and their contact information.

It wasn't like I expected really bad service got the 70min body massage and Mini Facial
They didn't massage my legs or feet and neck or head and when I mentioned it. She told me she was busy and I didn't want the Man to massage me. I told her I wanted Comfortable with the man massaging me and she got upset 😡
I told her I wasn't going back and he still asked me for a tip. Bad way to start my birthday 😥😢
