A cozy place to have lunch. Everyone there was very friendly a great example of great customer service. Definitely would recommend I had the gumbo and it was amazing. Stopped by today 8/27 for lunch. The two employees who were there were excellent. Great attitude and willing to go the extra mile any way they could

We have come here since it opened as Zoup and normally enjoyed the food and previous great service. Sad that rebranding and new ownership has not done it any good. Spent over $50 on four Lobster Bisque that were the consistency of water with no flavor and one Broccoli Cheddar that tasted like Roux and void of any cheddar with a few flecks of Broccoli. They now charge for oyster crackers .99 cents for a two tablespoon worth salad dressing cup size of them and switched from Real Butter to disgusting Spread (margarine) for your bread. Complete dissapointment and waste of money as the soup was disgusting and inedible. Only one employee was working and we had to wait 15min to put our order in when there was only one group of four ordering before us. We won't be back.

What can I say! This is the best soup franchise around! The food is absolutely yummy with great sandwiches, solids, soups and a great Burger place right next door.

I would love to open up a Zoup in my town since there are none up in the northeast or in New England for that matter! I hope some day to own one of these restaurants. I like their business model and their atmosphere as well as their delicious variety of soups. Always hot, always fresh

I absolutely love Z eats (zoup) but ever since new management has taken over there has been steadily only one vegan soup option everyday for the last at least three months I check everyday and am disappointed with only seeing the quinoa kale superfood each time. I’d be ordering much much more frequently especially with cold season here if more options for us vegans were made available again please bring back more options for us!

Everytime im in Illinois I gotta stop here! They have a mass selection of different soups you can get which rotates every day. They let you sample the soups before ordering. They also have sandwich and salad options or combos. I get the sandwich and soup combo, which is filling delicious and a great price. Great spot for lunch or a quick bite. And cant forget about the drink variety they offer fountain/tea's/and fresh juices to choose from. Definitely my go to spot whenever one is around.

My family and I traveled from Ga and had such an amazing experience here, the food was phenomenal! Definitely try their mac and cheese, it gives a taste of that creamy thanksgiving side. I also got the Cali Chicken sandwich which was delicious. Amanda was very friendly and sweet, she deserves a raise for sure! lol thank you for making this an absolute joyful meal.
