Our first experience was great but when we came back it was very uncomfortable and we won’t be back. There were three women working and were not able to communicate what we wanted. We told them we did not want our glutes exposed or massaged. The sheets are very thin and the masseuses exposed both of our butts. We each pulled the sheet up and they laughed finally understanding what we were asking.

The girl managing the front desk was laying down on the couch in the waiting area eating. It was u professional and uncomfortable so we won’t be back.

We had a couples massage and were very happy with the quality of massage and the ambiance of the couples therapy room. I moved from San Francisco where I had a favorite Asian massage place that I went to all the time. I’m so glad I found Yellowstone.

I got a couple's massage on Feb 17, and they were not very good. It just hurt, or we felt like they were rubbing our back with force. I always had good experience here, so it was disappointing.

We paid $15 for tips, and they looked very angry. I wish I didn't pay them any tip. Very ungrateful.

I had to step out after changing because it wasn’t meant for me trying to explain my target areas or massage cues for pressure, but if you speak cantonese or mandarin I think you would be fine.

We set appointment for 4 people at 530pm, they changed to 6pm, then changed again to 620pm without asking us, then brought us in and Sat for an hour, still nothing. They started the massage on our feet, was supposed to be a 30 min foot massage, and stopped at18 min and said that massage was done. Made us lose our dinner reservations because they changed our massage reservations several times without permission, said that other walk in people were causing the delay, while we had a reservation.

Tried to charge us for (4) 30 min foot massages, when they only did (2) 18 min massages

Had no respect for our time, and only tried to get me to pay for what we didn't get.

Our original reservation was for 10 min, and because they delayed repeatedly, and for no good reason, we missesd our dinner, when we had enough time for both had they not delayed.

No apologies, no help, nothing. Horrible place.

We had been going there for years, and now we will never go back, this is the 5th time they did this, and the last.

This is one of those-if I could give 0 stars I would places, but the staff was friendly, and the place was clean so have at that 1 star! Recently moved to the area and my usual spot in my previous hometown was not available this night. I called close to closing and they said to still come on by. I also shared my preference ahead of time (deep tissue massage) and they said they had a good therapist for me. Once there, the therapist came in and even consulted with me about my preference, which really impressed because I have only experienced that at the corporate envy one or private independent ones, not Asian parlors. Let me tell you-not only did I not receive a deep tissue massage, the therapist did not know what a deep tissue massage was (I had to repeat it over 5x and she still did not know)! When I asked for more pressure, she huffed and puffed and just pounded on my body, no style, technique, or anything. If you want to get a nice massage, DON’T COME HERE. If you want to get oil rubbed all over with a feather’s touch, this is your spot.

I live in the neighborhood and decided to try this place. I had a foot massage with an extra 10-minute shoulder massage, and I really loved it. The staff was very friendly.
