Discovered this local shop today. They sale food from gyros to baked goods to rice bowls. We tried 3 different baked goods. All fresh and delicious. We added two iced chai teas. Very good and they come with a free refill. Price is decently priced too with good service. 10 outta 10 for recommend! Also tidal wave book store next to them. So come get your food and drinks and check out the local book store!

Tried this place a couple days ago and I will definitely be returning and recommending it to others. I got the bowl with 3 toppings (Chicken tikka masala, shapta and pork curry). After I mixed everything up and started eating, I decided to take a pic because I really liked it. The inside isn’t fancy but as long as it’s clean and good is good I don’t care.

Salad was perfect and large. Lots of other vegetarian options as well. Check it out, you won't be disappointed!

11.99 for a bowl of rice with either 1, 2, or 3 veg options. Chole/chana was the best options amongst all. For all the Indian food options we have tried in Alaska, this was amongst the top. We had tea as well, owner offered a refill while leaving.

The food! Yes, yes, yes! High scores for flavor, selection, and quality. This spot had gone straight to the top of my faves list. It’s affordable and delicious! I ordered the chicken marsala, and the yam version together, potato soup, and a small salad. Every bit tasty, and plentiful! We’ve got to keep them in business.

Excellent food and service. I highly recommend checking this place out. The value you get for the bowl is excellent, and the keema in particular is a standout, as is the shapta. The tikka masala was a bit mild for my taste but still very well done, and the palak paneer was great. We will definitely be back.

Customer service is phenomenal, all the people are very nice and super helpful. Not to mention they recommend any of their bowls and you can choose all of one or up to 3 different variations for your bowl choices. For me, there could’ve been a bit more seasoning and my favorite has to be the beef.
Food comes out pretty fast and seems fresh and you can choose white or brown rice. They also have items for the ones who have a more sensitive taste palate as well.
I had just water and you self serve from their already ice filled containers and the water taste good, doesn’t taste off like other places in Anchorage does.
The German Chocolate brownie was my all time favorite though.

I tried Yak & Yeti for the first time today. Ordered via DoorDash and had the food delivered to my office.

I ordered the Potato Leek soup which was fantastic and the Chicken Pita sandwich which was also very good.

Next time I will try some other items off the menu. I am impressed. Thank you!
