Had a work event here and wanted to give all the staff a shout-out because they're all so awesome! The Wyndham staff is so accommodating and friendly! The food was SO delicious! I'm certain we'll be returning to the Wyndham for future events! Thank you for being so wonderful!!

The rooms are small. The bed is decent, mattress is in-between firm and soft. Pillows are too fluffy so you may want to bring your own. The king room I booked has a very small refrigerator which is better than not, but no microwave. The staff is fine, not ultra helpful but they keep to themselves and I can appreciate that. The pool is open daily and there is a hot tub. The bathroom has weird sinks, bowls and the faucet doesn't quite reach into the sink enough to prevent splashing water. This is definitely not a VACATION stay and more for us to rest after thrashing at the aftershock festival. Don't get fooled by the name. Budget but ok.. Water gets hot, there is a restaurant, cheaper than others and not a terrible part of West Sac. I say go for it

We've had a flea infestation in our home, and had the house and yard sprayed twice in the last 2 weeks. Slept overnight twice at the Wyndham, since it's nearby and not too expensive. A very comfortable refuge. Booked out of town guests in there as well for a weekend stay. Left flowers and a card for staff to place in their room prior to check in. Very thoughtful and courteous folks on check in.

Absolutely awful. I went back and forth to the front desk more times than I can count. My door wouldn’t work. First they gave me different cards, then they changed the batteries, then they gave me more new cards, only to then have to change the entire lock. It took about 45 mins and when I asked if there was somewhere I could go they weren’t overly helpful.

Cleanliness 0/5 walls were gross, my keurig didn’t work thank goodness because it was absolutely disgusting inside. Mold and left over water was in it.

They leave signs saying they wash your sheets daily unless you put a sign on saying not to. They didn’t wash my sheets once and I never put the do not disturb sign up.

If this wasn’t through work I’d be asking for a refund, which I will be telling my work too.

I recently booked a 5-night stay at the Wyndham Sacramento which turned into an 11-night stay by the time everything was done. The room itself was alright...mini-fridge but no microwave (one was available in the lobby), fairly nice bathroom but with a toilet that ran continuously but a substantial enough door to block out the noise, and most importantly a big, comfortable bed with ample drawer space. Upon check-in I discovered that the chair provided for the in-room workspace was broken, but said chair was either fixed or replaced by housekeeping before I could even mention it.

The immediate location looks sketchy at first glance, but proved to be safe enough and I had no issues with my rental Audi in the parking lot & never felt nervous returning to the hotel after 11pm. Not the greatest views unless you're a big fan of highways or parking lots, but the windows blocked out the sound nicely at night. Also very convenient to both said highway and local shopping & eats.

I can not say enough great things about the staff, and I mean the ENTIRE staff as I think I interacted with most of them over my stay haha. Each and every member was a model of polite, friendly, professional, and efficient assistance on every occasion. The employees here rate an easy 6/5!

I did not sample the on-site restaurant and it was much too cold to even consider the pool (if it was even open?), but both looked nice.

The hotel needs a makeover. The restaurant was closed most of the time. The event staff Dan was exceptional. Trying to get to your room was like going through a corn maze. The elevator was extremely dark and creepy.

Overall the experience was pleasant. I had a good time while staying here for Aftershock, I enjoyed the hot tub and the pool, as well as ate breakfast at the adjoining Arbor Grille (which I will recommend to those looking for a traditional morning breakfast)

Me and my daughter Cane to this place with nothing but the suitcases from texas. From day 1, they were sympathetic about my situation. They worked with me well , didn’t give me any grief and were very patient. They WHOLE staff was kind, patient , caring & attentive. I TRULY appreciate you guys helping me in my time of need. Definitely if i ever decide to come back to sacramento this would be the place.. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart. Steve , Micheal & the rest of the staff i hope you guys have fun and stay safe!!!
