Upon checking (2/8) into the room things looked clean. Carpets throughout the motel are very dated, however not a big deal for me or my guest.

Pool area is very tranquil & the staff is exceptional and professional in how they treat all guests.

My problem with this motel was in returning from an event near midnight, my guest pulled back her sheets to go to bed & the fitted sheet had stains on it. I immediately called the front desk & reported it. My guest slept on her top sheet. Then I had to call a 2nd time, to report that my bed sheets had small tears in them& corner of comforter was stained. I was told I could come get fresh linens for the beds & the front desk assured me they would have it noted. I was not about to pay to stay and then come and get linens to make our own beds.

Upon checking out before 11AM, I expressed to the front desk I was not happy & I should have paid attention to reviews. However it seemed close to a venue my guest and I were attending.

I do not have names of exact front desk attendants I spoke to except those who were working on 2/8-2/9. We were in room 185.

Management a week later had not bothered to call me back; pretty disgraceful they pride themselves under the name “ Wyndham”, should be investigated by the health department.

Pretty obvious no heat in pool or operated the spa is because they are that low budget. An additional note, when the front desk tells you to park exactly in the front parking area outside of their lobby, listen to them.

They took our last minute reservation and were very friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice and we loved that it was indoor, but it was still too cold to go in. Their jacuzzi was out of order which was a bummer as we had planned on hanging out in there for a few hours to unwind. Rooms were clean and comfortable beds.

I’d give ZERO stars if I could. My family was here for the Hmong New Year, and the staff were extremely racist toward each guests. They threatened us with extra room charges, assuming we had more adults that we hadn’t reported on the reservation because they “saw us with more people.” They just assumed we were with the other Hmong people staying there because we look the same to them! Breakfast was horrible. The sausages were undercooked, and there was never enough food for every guest. When we requested new sheets and towels because they had not been washed prior to our arrival, the staff did not apologize at all for the poor condition of the room, sheets or towels. Instead, they insisted that we tell them how many guests were staying in the room. The pool was extremely cold. It felt like an ice bath and multiple families who had come down to use it were standing around, conversing about their disappointment with the temperature. We spoke to the staff and requested that the temperature be raised so we could use the amenities that we rightfully paid for. They were condescending and said the pool was not heated and that was how all pools are. That’s false, and anyone who’s been in a hotel pool knows they are not ice baths. We requested pool towels, and they lied about not providing them for guests, although there was a stand specifically for towels and a sign that said the pools towels were to be used for only the pool. I guarantee that this would not be the case if the guests were not majority Hmong. The cards were constantly disabled and our doors were knocked on every morning. Dust and hair lined the tub and bathroom sink. The floor was filthy. The sheets were stained and crunchy, as if something had spilled on them and no one bothered to wash them. This was the worst experience ever. I am extremely disappointed in the blatant racism and disrespect of each staff member during our stay. We were constantly stared at, followed, and accused of having more people in the room. We were threatened too many times with extra charges. I will never stay here again, and I suggest you never do either!

The staff was great and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic.
The things that could be worked on were , we didn’t have any soap for body or hair because the dispensers were empty, hot tub wasn’t working, pool was cold, keys kept messing up and wouldn’t work and we had to keep getting new ones. Carpeting in hallways need to be replaced as they are old and stained.
The ice machine on our floor was out of order.

It was wonderful for a last-minute reservation which we will never do again. We will always come back. The room was wonderful microwave fridge nice sized TV a chair. Our air conditioner wasn’t working at first, but we called the front office and someone arrived within three minutes and fixed it. The complementary breakfast was beyond complementary. It wasn’t just some bagels and some donuts and coffee. They had scrambled eggs, sausage, cowboy potatoes, orange juice, coffee, tea, toast, jam, butter, yeah it was really worth it. The area is amazing. Didn’t get to check out the pool or the gym area, but I’m sure it was great. Staff was so friendly. We’d had a late reservation, but when we checked in the lady that was working, cannot remember her name, but she was wonderful. To the management of the Wyndham your concierge clerk was amazing. PS her shift ended at 11 so I hope she gets the recognition that she deserves. Again She was awesome. Our stay was above and beyond.

I had a great experience and will definitely be staying again soon. It was clean and easy check in. There was no noise and I was expecting to hear planes all night. I slept better than I do at home. I stayed by myself and I felt very safe.

I’ve traveled all over the world, and I can confidently say this is the most racist, anti-Asian hotel I’ve ever had the misfortune of staying at. My family and I came here to celebrate Hmong New Year, a deeply important cultural event. Let me be clear: the Hmong people fought and DIED for this country. My grandfather DIED saving an American soldier. Thousands of Hmong people sacrificed their lives and half of their population during the Secret War in Laos for the United States. And this is how we’re treated?

First, upon check-in, the night manager informed us that all the side entrances had been locked, and the key cards wouldn’t work. Why? To prevent people from “sneaking in.” Let’s not pretend this wasn’t blatant racial targeting. They assumed the Hmong community couldn’t be trusted, that we’d somehow break their precious rules. Disgusting.

Second, the rooms were absolutely vile—filthy doesn’t even begin to describe them. The towels and sheets were covered in brown and yellow stains. The bathroom? Hair everywhere: in the sink, on the floor, in the shower. It was clear the rooms hadn’t been cleaned. When we went down to request clean towels and blankets, instead of apologizing or taking responsibility for their laziness, the staff immediately grilled us: “How many people are in your room?” Not “Oh, we’re so sorry.” Not “Let us fix this.” No, they jumped straight to accusing us of overcrowding. Why? Because we’re Hmong. They assumed we must have half the hotel packed into our room.

Third, the pool and hot tub situation was just another slap in the face. The pool water was freezing—so cold that no one could use it—and the hot tub was drained and taped off with yellow caution tape as if to indicate someone had recently died there. This wasn’t some maintenance issue. This was intentional. They knew the Hmong community would be here, so they deliberately made the pool unusable, an obvious move to discourage us from enjoying the amenities. It’s hard to call it anything other than racist sabotage.

When we asked for pool towels after watching other guests grab the last ones, the staff lied straight to our faces. “We don’t have any pool towels.” Really? Because we just watched people take them. Only after we pushed back did they begrudgingly give us two towels, dripping with attitude.

Breakfast was no better. It was disgusting—borderline inedible. The sausages were undercooked, practically raw in the middle, and the eggs were watery, as if someone had dumped them straight out of a carton without bothering to cook them properly. This wasn’t food; it was a health hazard.

And finally, as if all of this wasn’t enough, they tried to pull one last disgusting stunt during checkout. The hotel claimed other guests reported children in our room. Children? We don’t even have kids! But because we’re Asian and the other kids at the hotel were Asian, they just lumped us all together, as if we’re one big indistinguishable group. This was an outright fabrication, an attempt to scare and criminalize us for no reason other than our race.

This hotel didn’t just fail at basic hospitality—it went out of its way to make Hmong guests feel unwelcome, uncomfortable, and unsafe. This wasn’t just bad service. This was intentional, calculated racism.

Don’t stay here. Not because it’s filthy, though it absolutely is. Not because it’s poorly managed, though that’s an understatement. Don’t stay here because this place has no respect for people, no decency, and no shame.

Great breakfast. Rooms are nice enough. Perfect location - the car rental and airport are right across the street.

After a week of hiking we were so looking forward to using the hot tub, however it was closed. The pool was also too cold to use.
