We normally book at 4 points, but decided to give Wyndham a shot.
Check in was okay until it was time to take your vehicle to the extended parking lot. We were told to line up behind the shuttle outside as everyone did, the shuttle takes off and people follow as instructed only to find out that it was the shuttle going to the airport not the parking lot.
It didn't stop there, after we followed the correct shuttle and got to the parking lot, there wasn't enough room for everyone.
Half the people walked back.
Once we arrived back at ohare we waited for 2 separate rounds of shuttles and each one was filled up by flight staff who had "priority" over other people even though we had been there longer. Then we had to pay for an Uber because it was going to be another 30 minutes.
Not worth booking. Avoid avoid avoid.

Booked a one night stay, with a 2 week parking deal. Excellent price overall coming to about $10 per day for parking layover. In fact, I was late to remove my car by 1 day, and no penalty or tow. Rooms extremely clean, and quiet, meaning good sleep, inspite of the very many rooms. excellent hotel ambience. staff very professional. The airport shuttle starts very early, and stops late at night, with 15 minute intervals. I will be back.

The service n rooms very  good. The room was neat clean. The restaurant man I don’t remember his name was the best good was good n help help me with my luggage to the shutter bus. He was so kind n nice. I really appreciate his service. He was the one who sits you down n serve your coffee.The hotel do not have a bell hop to help with bags. But I got help though. I will return again. The service was excellent.The rooms had soap n shampoo, hair dryers , iron n board everything you need.

Great pillows! Free shuttle service. Great breakfast, make sure it's apart of your reservations! Military discounts. Very helpful staff. Lots of restaurants to grab a bite at. Target and Ross across the street for last minute forgot things.

Okay this is no fancy hotel but it is a well kept and comfortable hotel perfect for travelers in transit. I feel that this place deserves a five star especially if you are looking for budget friendly hotel near the airport. Bed is very comfy and clean, toilets are clean, room smells clean and doesn’t smell like smoke or mold like other budget hotel. Shout out to their housekeeping who does a great job keeping this place clean and organized. I like the small thoughtful details in the room. Free slippers. Their staff is helpful and accommodating. Wyndham your doing something good here. Maybe just give this place a facelift and it’s perfect.

We have stayed at this hotel for years, but this will be my last time. The man who checked us in was very rude. After getting checked in he told us that we couldn’t ride the shuttle as it didn’t start that early. He rudely explained it tells you that on our website. I asked him to show me that and he looked and said it doesn’t say that but that how it is. No offer to help get a cab or anything. A $30 Uber ride got us there the next morning! Wyndham usually has better service than that! Good parts of the hotel were the beds were comfy and has a nice hotel bar. Unfortunately we stayed for the shuttle service!

When you call the shuttle number it clearly. Explains that service starts at 4am and runs at 0:15 and 0:45 every hour. I arrived at door 2C as it explained and no shuttle showed up at 4:45am. After 2 times I called the hotel, shuttle finally showed at 5:15am and when I asked the driver, he just said that he didn't come because nobody called to request service.|If you stay at this place and use the shuttle service, make sure you call, speak with a person and confirm the shuttle will be there.

Location is really the only thing this place has going for it. Rooms are basic and get the job done, but for what you’re paying they definitely need to step it up. Key cards randomly deactivated 3 times during our stay, desk tried to blame it on us. Charging for parking is crazy when there are hardly any parking spaces, all the spaces are reserved for the steak house. If you’re booking here to save money and attending an event at allstate arena I would recommend, but next time I’ll definitely be choosing one of the other places nearby.
