Wow Nails truly lives up to its name! I usually see Sarah, who is always perfection—both in her nail work and her kindness. She’s simply the best! Today, Sarah was unavailable, so I saw Erica for a pedicure and Becky for a no-chip manicure, and they both did an amazing job.

The pedicure was fantastic, super relaxing, and left my feet feeling great. For my manicure, I brought in a photo of cat-eye nails, and Becky nailed it perfectly—the design, the effect, everything was exactly what I envisioned! It even made my stubby fingers and short nails look a bit elegant, which is no easy feat.

Every visit to Wow Nails is a 5-star experience. Highly recommend this salon for their skill, attention to detail, and friendly atmosphere! 💅✨

This is my third time here and I absolutely love this place. My nails have never looked nicer. They do such a wonderful job with their manis and pedis.

The staff is friendly and welcoming and do a great job. This is going to be my regular nail place. The place is nice, cozy, and clean. Loved the interior and set up.

The price is reasonable and the service is great.

I used to love this place and came here every time I visited the area for years. In the last couple years I've switched to dip manicures - which they are now doing here. I had it done on my NATURAL nails... yet within a few days I had an entire thumbnail of the polish just pop off as though it were a fake nail or something. The next day, an index fingernail, exact same thing. So I go back, WITH the entire full "nails" that popped off and walk in to see if it can be fixed. I was very polite saying I've never had this happen with dip, not sure what's going on, can I get this fixed...She says I would have to wait an hour and I very politely said okay I will wait, and she still demanded I make an appointment for the next day instead. So I did. Came back, had them both fixed. She recognized me (I have purple hair) and said "oh. You're back."Seriously? I wasn't even rude or upset I was probably the nicest person ever to come back for something to be fixed?! They didn't charge for it as they shouldn't (my original cost was $45 plus I tipped $10 so $55)... the very next day, two more other ones popped right off!! I have NEVER had dip do this and I've been getting it for over 2 years regularly. Normally I get 3/4 weeks of wear with outgrowth but no chipping or maybe like one tiny chip. At home I cook and do dishes absolutely constantly. Here I'm on vacation and doing nothing with my hands and having these pop off as though they are cheap Walmart press-ons! And I don't even have fake nails. Now I am going only a week after originally paying $55 so that I can get a whole new manicure somewhere else because there's no way I am ever going back there. Where is the customer service? I heard another customer in there when I was getting my manicure who was so mean to everyone that literally even customers were looking around and talking about it and she only tipped $3. I tipped 10 and then come back extremely polite about things and I'm treated like an inconvenience, no apologies or oh oh let us take care of this. I now went 3 separate times, wasting my time. And still have to go pay for a new manicure somewhere else. I'm also someone who rarely goes out of my way to leave a negative review but my sister said do you want it to happen to other people? So here I am.

Thought I’d try this place for the first time. Have been to many other nail places around-I have my preferred locations that were either fully booked or not open on Sunday, but overall, I don’t feel any nail salons in the area check all the boxes for me. I generally do not write reviews, but this one stuck out to me.

During my pedicure the person stabbed in two different toes-one one each foot. And knew it was bad enough to apologize. The bottoms of my feet are now rougher than when I entered-she didn’t bother to check if my feet were smooth after brushing off any dead skin. Once she wrapped my legs with towels, she was non existent for 10 min or so, then came back and rushed through painting my toes.

I was then led over to the manicure station, where she was too busy talking with her station-mate to give me any attention. She had her head turned to her friend and was talking to her while shaping my nails. Maybe it’s a superpower, but how can you shape nails while not looking at them? They also have a container on the table where you can put your jewelry in, which has cleaner in it. But the cleaner looks dirty-maybe that’s how it’s supposed to be, not sure. They use the manicure lotion gloves while painting your nails, which to me is lazy. And it’s really awkward while making sure you don’t get the lotion glove in your newly painted nails, and while putting your nails in the led lamp to cure.

I give two stars because they used new files and buffers and everything appeared to be sanitary, except maybe the flip flops—- those didn’t come out of a package in front of me, so I can’t be certain one way or another.

This was my experience, I’m not returning to this place anytime soon. You do you.

I’ve been hearing great things about this place for a while and thought I would come check it out. Earlier this week I called and booked a no chip manicure and regular pedicure. I was coming from work and was going to be a few minutes late so I called and let them know. They said “no problem, we’ll see you soon.” I walked in a few minutes after my appointment and quickly picked out my colors. I let the man at the front know I was ready and he told me to have a seat and that I would be helped shortly. I sat there waiting for about twenty minutes. While I was waiting three women walked in and asked if they could all get manicures. They were all sat and helped immediately. I was finally brought to a pedicure station where I proceeded to wait another 20 minutes with my feet in boiling hot water until a woman finally came over. She didn’t acknowledge me and just grabbed my feet out of the water and started aggressively taking off the polish. She rushed through the entire treatment as fast as she could. We got to the manicure station where she started soaking my nails in alcohol and then proceeded to leave. I sat there for about another 25 minutes waiting for her to come back when I realized she was giving a child a manicure a few tables down. I watched her then drag this child by the hands over to the pedicure chair by her mom who was too busy on her phone to see any of this. At this point the women came over again to check on me and said I needed to soak longer. It had now been over thirty minutes. I got up, washed my hands and told them I could not stay any longer as I had dinner plans and didn’t expect to be there for more then two hours. I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you wanted to be treated like trash on the curb.

Wow what a great pedicure! Very luxurious with massage and foot rub. Really took a lot of extra care. Highly recommend!
