We stayed here for 2 nights. We do not have a time share but we're able to rent a condo at a good price. The room was comfortable and nice. Even had a gas fireplace to enjoy.
The lady at the front desk was great and helped us score a downstairs Lake side condo which I very much appreciated.
The weather was perfect and the lake was so beautiful. Since it was December it was quiet and peaceful. They have a private dock that proved to be a great place to watch the sunset. There were also people out there fishing.
I can't comment on all of the offerings at this resort because we did not use any of them - except the pier.
I would love to stay here again.

We were welcomed at the front desk. Great service. We were also welcomed with an Anniversary bag when we walked in with a Lake view. Best weekend ever. Thanks for a great.
Sidenote: Just need to get some of the Arcade games working better.
Hot tub was great, and the facilities were perfect.

300% on service I would definitely have to say, after our child leaving his travel documents behind the staff (Nikki, Cypress and I forget the other amazing lady but it started with a P) went above and beyond to make sure everything was secured and returned to us so we go get home.
The place itself is beautiful, the scenery, the spacious suites, personal bbq’s. Hot tub perfect to soak and relax in. Overall an amazing resort more than worth staying at, we will happily return. We just can’t thank the staff enough

I want to start by saying the suite was nice, had a full bedroom, full kitchen with dishes and most cook ware, was missing a pizza pan and pizza cutter but otherwise they had everything you needed to cook a meal. There's no breakfast options served in the mornings like at holiday inn Express but I didn't pay for the room so that's why I went with a place that doesn't have complimentary breakfast. I was really disappointed when I left because I accidentally left my service dogs blanket, i know exactly where I left it and the front desk said housekeeping didn't find it. I honestly don't know why someone would steal my dogs blanket but I left it in my hotel room when I checked out and somehow it magically disappeared. Overall my stay was fine other than someone stealing my service dogs blanket, he's had that thing for 9 years. Also my room was on the side of the resort on the highway. I have ptsd and was constantly woken up by loud vehicles passing by my room. I was happy to check out and get back home.

Safe, clean, comfortable, cozy and relaxing! We took 2 bed condominium on 2nd floor for 3 adults and 1 kid. It was a lake facing unit. There are no elevators in this property. Kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked. You and your family can easily stay for a week or longer. Surroundings are beautiful, the property has its personal pier where you can go and enjoy lake or do fishing. Beautiful pool, spa, arcade, gym, vending machines. We enjoyed thoroughly.

I visited this place 11/13/2024 to 11/16/2024. When we checked in at 11 pm, the receptionist, Sarah helped us get in with a wonderful, courteous and friendly manner. She has a great knowledge of the area like what to do and where to go and so forth for our own taste.
Super friendly place!!!!! I strongly recommend this place for visiting lake county!!

My room was downgraded prior to arrival. I was told on thel phone the difference in points would be refunded to my account and they were not. I asked hotel staff on two occassions and they said the decision was with "management."||||Also, be aware Uber is not available. Research before our trip indicated it was available. We took Uber from Sacramento airport to the resort. The night we arrived we scheduled an Uber pickup for the next morning but never got a response. We were told by the front desk that Uber will accept ride requests but then never show up. We were able to use a taxi service for approximately 3 times the cost of an Uber

3 star rooms in 5 star locations. I needed to take care of some business. The "Business Center" was a joke. They had 2 PCs and one printer. Most facilities would have the printer connected, wireless. Not here. Furthermore, when I asked for help, the front desk provided no help in printing my file. I saved the document on my thumb drive. I asked the front desk if they would print my file from my thumb drive. They said no. I asked what help they could offer. They offered none.
