I had received a no ship 6 days ago and it had started to chip. I went in today and they were so nice and understanding. They redid my no chip and let me choose a entirely different brand and color, seeing as the polish before was a different one than I used in the past. Kathy redid my nails and I love them. I appreciate great customer service and this is why I have always gone to this nail salon.

I have been coming here for years and never had an issue until today. I would offer more stars back for previous experiences if the customer service wasn’t so awful after the horrendous experience I had today.

I went in for a dip, which usually takes less than an hour even with soaking off the previous color. I was there for TWO HOURS and walked away with nothing to show for it but mistakes. The dip adhesive was EVERYWHERE, my cuticles were bleeding, and there were dents and chips in my nails before walking out the door. One of my nails literally is missing half the top coat and is matte in the center.

When I tried to communicate how unhappy I was with my nails, I tried to be understanding that maybe the mistakes and timing were due to a new employee and the management would handle it accordingly. Instead I was met with an attitude and told that my nails did not warrant a complaint. I can look past one bad nail experience, but the customer service was so horrible I actually felt the need to come Karen to the internet.

0/10 experience. Do not recommend.

Jenny and Alen are both super awesome! Jenny never fails to disappoint on my nails. Alen is very gentle throughout the pedicure process given that I’m 7 months pregnant. Thank you both so much for your exceptional customer service!

Went today to see if I would want to use them for my wedding nails. I picked a style that I could see myself getting for the wedding and am happy to say I will definitely be using them not just for the wedding but just in general. They did a great job and highly recommend!

Me and my 3 year old daughter came today ! And it was my daughters first time she loves it! And i loved my nails too! I did a gel manicure! They cleaned my cuticles so well too!

I have been going to get my nails done by Ying here for years. she has always exceeded my expectations. i give her a photo of nails i want and she always kills it. she also knows me so well i can walk in and say surprise me and i LOVE what she does. this picture was one of those days. i had no idea what i wanted but somehow she knew. i can not say enough wonderful things about Ying and the customer service i receive from her and the other employees when i come in. i cannot recommend this place enough. and if you want a nail tech that is not only a talented queen but also just an all around amazing human go see Ying!

I got my first set of acrylics here, I haven't had my nails done professionally so I didn't know whay to expect. I had the acrylics done by 1 tech and the design done by another. After I paid, the owner actually came up to me to check my nails from the first techs job and fixed the imperfections that I didn't see until she pointed it out. Amy is all about integrity and making sure you walk out happy. I will be coming back again. Thank you!!!

I LOVE this nail shop. I've been coming here for 3 years now. My no-chip manicure & pedicure and I also do powder nails. They are perfect everytime. The colors are nice & they do your shape perfect how you request. I don't have anyone specific but the few I've had are great. Thank you!! 🤗
