Today I had the worst experience as a regular customer. Since I moved to Chula Vista I have been going to this nail salon for a year and 1/2 while Lisa was doing my nails I had a problem with the length based on her putting on the nails and doing the first cut I didn’t realize it would be that long. I told her after she cut it that I didn’t think it would be that long and would like a cut. She then told me to wash my hands to move in the next process and then I reminded her I needed a cut down she began to roll her eyes and catch an attitude saying why I didn’t ask for it before. I said I did and since that time until the end of my service she started to talk in her language to others, have an attitude and handle my hands roughly. At the end she ask if I was gonna add a tip and because I said no she had even more attitude. Like do your professionalism deserve a tip you should be embarrassed to ask for a tip after how u act. I am not a problematic person so I just let her finish and then leave I will not be returning to this nail salon over a small situation cause a customer to never return. my friend was also there and told me she could see a difference in how she started to treat me after stating I just need a cut down and felt she was rude. I work hard for my money and I am a paying customer I am not beginning you to do my nails. I will not be treated anyway in a business place that should be professional. This is very upsetting because I have been supporting this business from day one .

after having such a bad experience at Venus nail salon at Otay mall The women in the front were rude and i was not gonna let them ruined my daughters birthday so we last minute decided to go here and it was the best decision ever. Let me tell you. Lisa is amazing The prices are reasonable she got a job done fast. She understood the assignment. We will definitely be going back in 2 weeks for a fresh set 🙏🏻 (by the way, my daughter got pink almond French tip with a bow design)

45$ for basic gel polish manicure. Last place I went made the almond shape uneven, she was able to fix the shape and make everything even. The only thing I wasn't thrilled with the old gel polish removal, they used the Dremel tool instead of soaking off. Happy with the outcome, would return.

Im giving this place 1 out of 5 stars (which i wish i could give a Zero bit it wont let me)because the women working there this last Saturday were completely unprofessional and extremely rude. There was a sweet young girl that went to get her "back to school" nails done and she left completely uncomfortable and saddened because the grown women working there were talking bad about the young lady and little did they know that she herself can speak Vietnamese. How dare they behave that way when people are paying good money for a professional and positive experience. Definitely recommending the people I know to get their services done elsewhere.

Loved my nails but got home hours later and was putting my bed together and somehow the top layer on my right thumb started peeling off🤦🏾‍♀️so now I need to go back to see if they’ll fix it! Hate my toes they are not straight and some of the sides don’t have white polish thank goodness I’m in boots 90% of the time.. I’ve been getting dip for years never had this issue before!

Tina, Lily, and Tran were amazing! They were flexible with me needing to move my time and finished this manicure and a gel pedicure in an hour and a half. They even offered us cake for Tina’s bday. I’m in love with my nails and found my new nail place for sure!

This place sucks. They stole my boots after one day of forgetting them!! I was the last customer so no way another customer took them. They say they didn’t have them and started talking in their language ignoring me pretending to not understand what was happening. Been a faithful customer for more than a year paying them lots of $$$ and this is how they repay.
Those boots were great quality and I held them dear cause they were a special gift. I called several times to ask for my boots and they said they would return my call and never did twice! I’m extremely upset for their poor behavior and dishonesty so not only they lost me as a customer but all my friends that went there that I myself recommended. So be careful with your stuff there cause THEY STEAL! 😠
