What a beautiful new hotel in the Loves Park/Rockford area. Loved the kitchen in the rooms. I was great to not have to eat out all meals while on the road for work for a week. The Wi-Fi was extremely fast, parking easy, gym was great. Hotel was extremely clean and great customer service from the staff! Easy access off interstate and to everything in the Rockford/Loves Park area. Will definitely stay again when visiting the area.

My kids and I have had a great stay in a 2 queen suite, the prices are very reasonable and there is a wonderful kitchenette where we we’re able to cook our own meals. Everything in the hotel is so wonderfully clean, theres a high expectation of cleanliness here that is always met. The staff are great, always ready and wiling to help! I will definitely be recommending wood spring suites to everyone I know.

This hotel is nice and clean, they don’t care to serve the guests with proper service there is no one working the front desk the place is always locked down like it’s a prison!!! You make reservations to be able to get into your room with no issues here at this place it isn’t the case!!!! My experience here was very much to say the least pleasant.

Stayed here for two weeks. It had opened the week prior. Room was clean, hotel was clean. The problem is billing. Make sure you get a paid receipt when you check in. Paid our balance due when we checked in. One week later we get a call to our room saying we owe more. The manager did give us the special advertised outside. She did all the calculations, we made the payment, and we were told we were paid in full. Two days later we get another call saying we have another balance due. We protested this time and the manager did some recalculations and said we were good, the account was paid in full. Checked out on February 2. On February 3 our credit card showed another charge from them. So, while the hotel is clean there may be some frustrations you will deal with if you choose this hotel.

This place is over priced and has $1,399 rats running around. $1,399 a month for a one room place is corporate greed at its finest.
