Woodhouse is my go to place for self care. It's an entire experience that fills my body and soul with peace, love, and calm. When I typically get a massage, it's hard for me to relax, but utilizing the quiet room before with the robe, mimosas and comfy beds/blankets gets me in the right mindset. I've had multiple massages with many therapists including, Elaine, Thomas, and Ken. They have all been fantastic -- I love doing the hot stone option. I also did the salt room after my massage the last appointment, and it really just added another level of relaxation. The staff here is always so kind and helpful. I can't wait for my next visit!

Went for an 80 minute massage today. I had Ken as my massage therapist, and he was wonderful. The massage was great, the lounge room was cozy and relaxing, and they have a dry sauna in the restroom area as well. Will definitely go back!

I can’t say anything other than 5 star. From the moment you walk in . To the amenities while you wait & after your service is complete. Even filling out paperwork is a vibe & so enjoyable . I love this place & will never go anywhere else . No hype all deserved & true. Shoutout to Victoria & Terrence on the massages!!

I absolutely love the atmosphere at this place everyone was super sweet from the front desk to the massage therapist. The robes they gave me were soft and cozy and I enjoyed the quiet room with the cranberry hibiscus tea before my massage and also the sauna. My therapist was Terrence he was very gentle and made me feel super relaxed he gave me one of the best massages of my life. Next time I book it will definitely be with him.

The experience at the new Woodhouse Spa in Ellisville exceeded my expectations! I had the Signature Luxury Foot Retreat pedicure. Nalo was my wonderful tech! I recommend coming in 45 minutes to an hour before your service so you can slip into your robe and sandals and chill in the quiet room. Wow! Over the top.

This is by far the best spot I’ve ever been to in Missouri! The facility is clean, up-to-date, and the staff is incredible! I will only ever go here going forward for any spa services needed. Winter was my aesthetician today, and she was informative, kind, and Absolutely talented at what she does! I will be telling all my friends and family about this place, thank you so much for an amazing experience today!

Phenomenal massage and venue! This spa is out of a dream. I received the hot stones massage and it felt so relaxing. He did a wonderful job with using light pressure (which is what I requested). The facility is so beautiful and I felt the stress relief right as I walked through the door. Will be coming back forsure.

UPDATE: I’m updating my review because the manager finally reached out and refunded our money for the “VIP room”. He apologized for taking two weeks to respond to an email/call/voicemail. I do appreciate that and understand that things happen, although that’s a very long time. Once I posted a review, I suddenly heard from them. I’ve added a star since they finally refunded our money for the extra room, but because 3 out of the 4 massages were pretty terrible, I’m personally keeping it at 2 stars.

I don’t leave reviews often but our experience here was so ridiculous that I just had to post one. So many things went wrong, too much for a single post, but here are the highlights. I went here with a group of 4 friends and 3/4 of us had terrible massages. Basically just spreading oil on our bodies, even when we asked for firmer pressure. Outrageous prices for what you get. We had an issue with the “VIP” room (don’t waste your money, it overlooks the gross parking lot, is freezing cold, and employees smoke right outside the window for your viewing pleasure). We asked to speak with ownership and were told they were busy but would get back to us. That was two weeks ago. We have tried 3 times to call and leave messages and have been completely ignored. I’m not convinced there is actually a manager that works here. I’m so appalled by the lack of professionalism, I will never go back and will encourage everyone I know to avoid it.
