This review is a little late but well deserved. We spent 3 nights at Winnie's back on Memorial Day weekend and her southern hospitality was above and beyond our expectations. We spend the first breakfast with Winnie and another couple and had great conversation. The meals she prepared were excellent and prepared to each of our likings. One night I went to bed and Winnie and my wife were up past midnight talking about who knows what ;). The rooms were nice, clean and quiet. Very nice area out back to relax in the evenings and enjoy a nice cup of coffee, tea or whatever you enjoy. We'll see you next year!

Being our first time staying in a B&B, the experience was fantastic! Ms. Winnie told us stories and made us tea and sweets as well as Fantastic omelets for breakfast the next morning. She has friendly horses to visit with as well as a beautiful view. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Lawrenceburg TN!

We booked with Winnie for our honeymoon coming up. We were so excited to stay at this place because of most of the reviews. When I told her I had an auto immune disease and that there were dietary restrictions she told me I had to bring our own Food. We Didn’t feel like we should bring our own plant-based butter which cost $3.50 at Walmart Or a pack of oatmeal. Making her job super easy so she didn’t have to make something fancy like eggs Benedict but she was very rude and adamant that we had to bring our own stuff on top of $166 to stay there. It was our honeymoon plan and we weren’t really thinking we would have to worry about bringing groceries. It’s the whole reason we chose this place. She was very inconsiderate and rude after I told her that we would decline reserving with her. We were very polite, but she went on and on about how she had a five star rating and we couldn’t get all these dietary things at a hotel. She’s incorrect. We chose another place that accommodated us very kindly with no extra charge. Not everybody can eat the same. I wish I could post pictures of the screenshots of our conversation. This would show you how petty she was when we declined and we were very respectful. She was not.

This was one of the most delightful B&B’s we’ve encountered! Winnie is absolutely lovely. We truly felt like we were visiting with an old friend. The Jacuzzi was so nice and relaxing. When we arrived, she served hot tea and the best bread pudding I’ve ever tasted. This morning’s breakfast was equally amazing! We will definitely stay here again at some point in the future❤️❤️

We stayed at Winnie's for one night on our road trip from Nashville to Memphis. It's a little piece of Oasis in Rural America. Winnie was so welcoming and friendly. We really enjoyed meeting her and the breakfast she made for us was just lovely! As Brits we were struggling with the US portions we had been getting so far so Winnie's Eggs Benedict was perfect! We sat on the beautiful back porch overlooking the garden to eat our breakfast and it was gorgeous! The bed was very comfortable and the ensuite bathroom was spot on! What a fabulous bed and breakfast. Winnie was a wonderful hostess. Her goal was to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She stayed in communication with us up until our arrival. We were on a trip to Decatur, Alabama and our first stop was the Loretta Lynn Ranch. I looked for a place to stay that would be between those two places and came across Winnie’s Bed and Breakfast. When we got there that evening, we were greeted with tea and dessert. She showed us to our room which was so clean. There were two rooms that shared a bathroom across the hall. Our room had its own bathroom. Her towels and linens smelled so good. The mattress on the bed was like a pillow and my daughter and I slept like babies. The next morning she made us homemade French toast with French pressed coffee and orange juice. I had never stayed at a bed and breakfast before, but Winnie has me hooked if the rest are even half as nice as this visit was. I highly recommend you to stay here and I hope to get back some day.

The BEST bed and breakfast we have ever been! We called around 1pm to see if there was any availability, Winnie was eager to welcome us, she made us delicious bread pudding prior our check-in. I can’t describe enough how hospitality Winnie was. She served us remarkable Benedict eggs with smoked salmon for breakfast. Her house was super clean and neat. It was such a beautiful stay for us. We plan to come back soon.
