Place is older and signs of wear - new carpeting is needed, some cracked tile in the bathroom. However, very clean!! Awesome staff (Beth at the front desk and Adela cleaning staff, just to name a few). Great location, right off the highway but quiet and safe. Nice breakfast and again, clean. Would recommend and would stay again, great for price range.

Positive: Price and cleanliness. Also they had a good breakfast! Negative: Not that I cared or used it but the hot tub was broken. Elevator was slow. I thought $100 room deposit was a little pricey.

My wife and I stayed at the Wingate by Wyndham in Joliet, IL on December 19, 2024. We were impressed with this establishment on many different levels. The encounters that we had with hotel associates were outstanding! The front desk experience was amazing, the morning breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The hotel in general was quite clean, well maintained and quiet. Our room was spacious, very clean and well appointed. We would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again in the future! A special shout out to Dylan and Beth (front desk), Sheila (breakfast staff member) and the friendly housekeeping associates that we encountered. Thanks to all for making our stay a very pleasant one! 😊

I love the Wingate they are phenomenal for a hotel. I would highly recommend them if you’re in an area the breakfast is good. The staff at the front desk are wonderful. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are nice and clean.

Everything was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean, even had a couch. We didn't even realize until we arrived that there was breakfast in the morning, a beautiful swimming pool, hot tub and workout room! The staff on duty when we arrived at night and also in the morning were both wonderful. I don't know any other hotel that you can get all that for the price.

Got here and told no pool or hot tub. Disappointing. Booked because they had those amenities and reviews were good. Too much hassle to find another hotel

Stopped for one quick getaway. Hotel and room are very clean too. staff super friendly. I felt comfortable staying here. Kind of off the highway lot of trucks so be careful. Very close to restaurants and Hollywood casino. Swimming pool and hot tub were perfect temperature and we were lucky to get the area to ourselves for both days which was a plus. Breakfast consisted of sausage egg waffle bagels bread boiled egg instant oatmeal toast juices. They didn't have any danishes or muffins. Only chocolate donut that tasted horrible and I wanted plain cream cheese with bagel but they only had strawberry cream cheese so I just skipped it. The coffee was very delicious. I wish I had a thermos with me to fill up. Nice hotel will definitely stay here again 5 stars!
