Went for massage today due pain in my neck and thought that is the area they would concentrate on. I started off with a man with bushy eye brows. It started fine until they started on my lower back. It was very painful. As open my eyes and looking through the opening where your face goes I notice the shoes were different. That startled me that they changed masseuse in the middle of my massage without saying a word. She killed me with the amount of pressure and her elbows digging into me. I felt like I was going to have bruises everywhere. When it came to pay she said they only take cash and directed me to the ATM at the nail salon across from them. I withdrew $80 and had to pay a $2 fee. I paid $65 put the lady says "what no tip?" I didn't have anything less then a $20 so I took the $5 back and gave her the $20 which made the tip $15. Definitely the service not worth any tip. Never again.

By far the worst massage have ever had, older gentleman hands smelt like cigarettes and so got the that smell stuck on my face, nail long stabbed me a few times. When checking out woman who was checking me out pointing to bottom on tip and didn't want to tip but was not going to give anymore than what I wrote down, will not ever go back!!!

I was there before it was so good I did two hours of the gentleman massage service I love it. I went back yesterday I got the lady who was ok at the beginning. I need her to massage me a little harder and boy she did elbow me the whole time. At this point I am not sure what to do because she doesn’t speak English. Certain part of my body elbow is what I need but majority part of my body was in pain. In the end I still have her $5 tip and oh boy she’s not happy with me. She was definitely rude about it. And let me remind you the massage is $65 per hour not like I didn’t pay that. I personally will not go back again.

Worst massage experience I have had. Started out with the women massaging me having a loud conversation with the other two employees. Tried not to let that bother me. But then, the man, who I am assuming was taking his break- pulls out his phone, starts a video playing and then begins to slurp continuously on whatever he was having. I realized afterward it was a giant bowl of soup that he was enjoying about 4 feet from my head.
There’s no relaxing music playing, that woman massaging me had the most callused hands that it was uncomfortable when she made skin contact. And most of the time if just felt like she was rubbing my skin. I won’t be back. And I didn’t tip which is so unlike me- and she basically followed me out asking for money. I felt bad but they gave no care at all as to whether I was having a relaxing experience.

The lady in the shop had taken my electric skateboard when I was in the bellisma boutique for 3 minutes when I left the skateboard in the seating area cause the store had breakables and I didn't want to break any thing and when the security guards went into the shop she took 5 minutes to give my skateboard back to them to give to me. When I was on the phone with my friend telling them what happened she looked straight at me and went to the other side of the shop, when the security guard was with me in front of her shop she was looking at them and looking very suspicious knowing that she was caught.

Never had a massage before in my life and my wife and I decided to try this place cause they weren't very busy. Start off with their "divider" being knocked over by one of there kids hitting me on the arm. I didn't anticipate feeling the full weight of the hands of what felt like a farmer man handling my back and neck. A lady gave the guy who was massaging me a tip while I was getting massaged where he leaned his full weight on me to count his tip! Not kidding, it wasn't just him putting his weight on me, but it was his elbows and I was losing my breathe due to the pain and pressure. After it's all said and done, they tell me they don't take cards and I had to scramble to an ATM to pay them for being his coffee table. I was then sore from head to calf for 3 days after. I will NEVER get a mall massage again and feel jipped that had to be my first time.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The old man massaged me. With my face in the headrest I
was forced to smell his stinky gym shoes the entire time. His hands were peeling and super scratchy and painful.. I kept telling him how it was my neck and shoulder that I needed worked on. That I had a pinched nerve, but He ended up spending over 10 minutes on my butt instead. Then charged me extra to do my neck at the end when I mentioned he didn't really work on the area I requested... and then he misunderstood me when I kept telling him how my arm was numb from the pinched nerve, so he kept digging his elbow into my arm and ended up bruising me and about four times I had to tell him to stop that hurt really bad (& usually I'm a Deep Tissue massage person & can handle pressure- NOT delicate at all) At one point my legs shot up from the pain. I ended up crying. I want to file a complaint..

Great no-fuss massage value. Yes, you're going to sit in the same chair someone else just vacated and they aren't going to put down a fresh towel for you. But ask yourself this: how is that any different than utilizing other communal seating surface (i.e. movie theaters, the couch in any lobby waiting room, that upholstered chair at Starbucks)? If you want a 5-star massage experience, go to the Spa at Pebble Beach. If you want low-maintenance, quick relaxation in the middle of running errands, go here.
