Mesmerizing Experience – A Must-See in Wetumpka!

This casino in Wetumpka is truly something special, and the massive aquarium in the main bar area is an absolute showstopper. It’s stunning — you can walk around the entire thing and take in the vibrant marine life from every angle. It’s not just a backdrop; it’s a full-on experience that adds an unexpected touch of beauty and calm to the energy of the casino.

Whether you’re there to play, grab a drink, or just explore, the atmosphere is elevated by this breathtaking centerpiece. The bar itself is stylish and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and attentive.

If you’re anywhere near Wetumpka, do yourself a favor and stop by — even just to see the aquarium. It’s truly a sight to behold and sets this place apart from any other casino I’ve ever visited.

First time here. Nice place clean rooms. Friendly service from almost everyone. Over all, great place, would come again. Phone wasn't working one of the days so no room service. Larry did great job as valet. Room was clean and smelled fresh. mattress was not comfortable. Everything else in room great. View was wonderful.

We only stayed one night, but we will stay there again. The water pressure/volume was a little low in the shower. However, the shower was very clean and big. The rest of the room was great with the blackout and sheer blinds and the room smelled air and clean. The slot machines were fun as usual, very busy Sunday night and almost empty 6am Monday morning. We drive an EV, better information on location of chargers would have been helpful. With that being said, you have a great facility and we will definitely stay again.

Wetumpka Creek Casino is my favorite property for my happy place. The customer service is outstanding. All the way , from the hotel desk clerks, security guards, casino floor servers. The Starbucks inside the property is such an added treat. Dining is satisfactory, from the Grill for breakfast, variable food specialties at the fast food area to the Fire restaurant. The hotel room is satisfactory. The bed is very comfortable with lots of pillows. The bathroom has a nice set up. I love the large windows with a view and the light / sun blocking blinds. Wetumpka Creek Casino is my favorite place to relax and chill and have fun .

Just came back today after two days there with my family. We had an overall good experience.

The outdoor pool was nice (though the jacuzzi was NOT hot at all). The casino had plenty of games, and we really like that you can get drinks delivered to you after you play a certain amount of time.

There are only two things that keep this from being 5 stars for me:

1. I was sad to see the buffet is no longer there :(. That was actually a main reason we chose this location (which is a 3hr drive for us) over Valley River. I will say, though, that the lunch/dinner portions were big, and the breakfast was very good.

2. There is a lady who works at the pool bar area who seems to
be inattentive. A child fell into the deep end of the pool and had to be rescued. She seemed completely oblivious. A few moments later, I went to the bar for a quick drink and it genuinely felt like she went out of her way to ignore me (came and talked to two different people who got there after me, one of which was right next to me). A few people actually told me that they noticed her ignorning me. Not sure what that was about, or if she does it regularly, but she's going to have a hard time getting tips if it's a consistent thing (I always tip but didn't in this case).

Other than this, we enjoyed our stay.

Had a great time. The room was nice and the food was outstanding. I really like how Wetumpka has there food court set up. Spent Saturday out by the pool. It was fantasic. Really want to thank one of the ladies out there. Cesare M. took care of my son and I all day. She went out of her way to make sure our needs were met. Very friendly and courteous. I also like how Wetumpka has more of a variety of games too. Can't wait to go back.

I had only reserved a regular, king room. It’s the same room type I always choose and had been happy with. But this time I was upgraded to a suite… it was so beautifully designed and I felt like royalty. I thought I had seen classy accommodations in the past, but not like this. Such a wonderful surprise!

This was my second visit to Wind Creek casino. Wetumpka. I found the property attractive and clean. My room was a bit pricey for a Sunday in May, but I was celebrating my birthday so I decided ,what the hell. Check in was great and easy. My room was clean and smelled amazing. I loved the bathroom. |As with most casinos they had plenty of slot machines, I enjoyed my play. I even earned free play for my birthday . I found the place very lively. I saw more than a few folks winning, so that’s always a good sign. As with my first visit ,I found the staff friendly and relaxed . I wasn’t impressed with the players card, Confusing and I didn’t feel it was a good benefit for playing. Not the best. I stopped visiting Harrah’s Cherokee casino because of the ridiculous resort fee poor slot play, and pricey ,poor quality food,|I decided to try Wetumpka..I was impressed.. no crazy fees and I enjoyed the food offerings. This visit I noticed a change to the food hall.. it’s now more like a food court than an all you can eat..offering. I’m not bothered by that decision..the B-b- Que was great . Later I tried the tacos, the tortilla were cold and they were small for the price.and although I told the guy no tomatoes,even mentioned my poor reaction to tomato ..they still had tomatoes. The lady offered to remake them but I didn’t want to waste food, so I just scraped them off. Not ideal but not the end of the world,|The only real complaint was the ad announcements , that same song and announcement played way too much ..after a few hours I couldn’t deal with it and I walked out..this is a multi million dolla ,or more casino, surely than can afford different ads ..cycle them,,for gods sake!!! I was never fond of the electric slide. It played two much|Everything considered this a great casino and shows there are other alternatives to Cherokee and vegas.
