I think they can do better on the rewards this is my second time losing $300.00- $400.00 and getting $5 reward. I’m coming from another state to play. I like Wind Creek nice atmosphere, food and service. I mean if it wasn’t for the app I wouldn’t really have no free play but if I’m losing cash money I feel like I should get more than $5 free play. I think I’m a have to go to a real casino.

Visited as a vendor for the PoosaQ BBQ festival. Had a great time! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were clean. Can't wait to come back next year!

Everything was great, except available parking upon arrival. We arrived at approximately 230pm and the entire VIP area was packed with no parking for hotel guest. Cars were parked in fire lane around entire VIP area. I spoke to security in parking area and she just shrugged her shoulders. In my opinion Security should be ticketing and towing vehicles in fire lane and possibly checking people's cards during times gates are stuck in open position in the VIP area. Room was nice, but carpeting needs replacing.

Overall I feel this casino is good. The slots is a good mixture of new and old.

This is a non-smoking casino but for those who do smoke, there is a smoking room with slots. The downside is that it's pretty small so it gets pretty crowded on there. There's a lot more smokers than non smokers so they should seriously consider making this area bigger or create another smoking section.

Restaurants and Cafe is alright. I'm surprised they don't have any Asian food offerings. I've been to many many casinos across this country and 95% offer some Asian food. Please consider adding Asian to your menu.

My main issue with this chain of casino is the loyalty membership. The tier structure is so bad. You would have to spend thousands to be upgraded to the next level.

I do like that they give out gifts.

Also don't expect comp rooms. When when it says comp, they will tell you it's but and that it's sold out.

Been going for a few years now even though it's an hour and half drive.

Overall toom was clean but the carpet in the rooms and hallway look dirty and stained. I had issue with a horrible smell in my room. The smell seemed to come through vent. I looked outside and a large dumpster was outside. I shared this feedback with hotel staff but they did not seem concerned. I went to BB Kings to order some breakfast in the morning and the staff taking my order was not friendly. I've stayed here before and had better experience. It seems the customer service is not as good.

Great atmosphere and a plethora of games to play. Have yet to have a bad time... Haven't hit the jackpot but have cashed out a fair number of times and they have an awesome app where you can enjoy tournaments, auctions, games, drawings, earn freeplay, and more right from your comfy couch.

Beautifful place.. for the most part staff is super nice.. place is very spacious. Big variety of slots but machines are so tight. No free play either for first time visits. Food was excellent and well priced.

I specifically want to give thanks to the friendly staff at Lucille's. The cashier Bassia greeted me with a smile and gave me several suggestions to satisfy my order. Great customer service is a plus for me and she was awesome.
