Pretty shady place....not in the good way. The locals seem to live there and have a lot of the park looking like a shelter. We were told nice big spots that were good for tent camping as well as rv....not true! We had fun because we went with a group of people...but I would not go back here ever.

This is one of the best camp grounds we have stayed in. The camp host is wonderful and very helpful. The little store has just about everything we needed. The sites are very large and clean. I will be going back to this location in the future. The lady at the front desk was so nice and friendly, she treated us like we were family. Altogether a very nice stay.

This place is very interesting. I am sure in it's day it was a great place. It could use a few upgrades. And definitely gives you the camping feel. The wifi was good. I never felt unsafe. Didn't see the lake. But it could use more level spots.

Will definitely stay here again. They have upgraded their Wi-Fi so it works perfectly. The bathrooms are clean. It showers and laundry room available. Full hookups for your big campers. Right next door to the lake and walking trails. Dog friendly. The office has a wonderful little shop that provides any emergency stuff you may need and it is very clean as well.

My family and I love this park. We'll definitely be coming back. its smack dab in the middle of Prescott. Everything is close by.
The managers were awesome! Very accommodating. No one bothered us. There wasn't any loud music or obnoxious people. And we were right by the entrance into the park. Pricing is amazing for this area. They have monthly/weekly. You may have to stay in a weekly to get to the monthly, those are generally taken. But they have a little incentive to help with the wait.
Also, it is by willow lake! Beware of the ducks/geese, they're a little....aggressive. Lots of fishing hooks at the lake, we were advice to wear closed toe shoes and be cautious with our pups around that area. All in All this was a very comfy stay for us!

This place could use a bit of polish. It’s a little rough around the edges and needs some more upkeep in general. Two stars is for the location alone as it right close to some beautiful hikes. The staff didn’t like our kids running around on their scooters and asked them to stay in the vicinity of our site, we didn’t appreciate it. They cater more to the full time residents as opposed to travellers. Wouldn’t call it “family friendly” IMO - Would not go back.

Proximity to the lake is the reason why I'd consider returning. It's beautiful. I didn't find anything better in town.

The Willow Lake RV Park is a little out of the way, on the north side of Prescott down in a valley that makes it feel away from it all -- even though it is 10-15 minutes from downtown.||The RV park is adjacent to the city's large Willow Lake Park, with hiking trails, boat launch, picnic areas, sports fields, prehistoric ruins, and zoo. The city park has an admission fee except on Tuesdays.||The RV park is older but well maintained. Most of the spaces are occupied by permanent residents but a section is for short-term stays. Most short-stay spaces are pull-through with shady trees, picnic tables, grills and reasonable distance to neighbors.||The central building has spacious, clean restrooms/showers, a large laundry room and a convenience store and office. There is also a small area for tent camping, nestled by the granite dells. ||The paved Heritage Park Road is potholed and has a quite steep hill dropping into the RV park's valley. Because of its hidden location, there is virtually no cell phone service in the park.||About a mile down Willow Creek Road is sizable dog park. Just beyond the dog park is a major RV dealer with parts store and service department.||The setting is relaxing, the rates are reasonable, the nearby scenery is fantastic so I will stay at the Willow Lake RV Park again.
