The extended stay staff is so sweet and their customers service is amazing. The room was in perfect condition and spacey. The property itself is beautiful and clean. I enjoyed my stay here and so did my children. Laura Lynn the manager is a amazing woman and delightful, she is very understanding, she runs the hotel perfect. I'm thankful for their service there I didn't feel like I was staying at an hotel.

Do people get paid to give this place 5 stars? It was a convenient location, and the limited time I spent with the staff checking in was fine. The room was pretty bad. The toilet seat was broken sideways, the toilet itself a baby size one. The shower was the craziest I've ever seen, and that says a lot given I've traveled to China, Indonesia, Singapore and South Korea. The floor is soft. There were a lot of contractor vehicles in the lot, so I assume it's a good place for them to stay for longer term.

I passed on other hotels in the area because of the reviews on here, which I now know are not accurate. There was a reason Capitol One Travel didn't list this motel as an option to book; they likely have standards.

4.5 So shower is tiny, King bed too big for small floor area, no heat only a/c...cool this morning. New room great bed big tv large frig/freezer...Staff was A+ and I needed a late check out no issues. Breakfast simple and great. Stay again...good place...

My twin boys who are aged seven and I needed an inexpensive place to stay on our road trip. I selected extended stay because it was the least expensive. I did not expect much. To my pleasant surprise, the room was very clean, the TV worked, and the refrigerator was a nice size to accommodate a small container of ice cream and in the bathroom, the travel size soap, conditioner, shampoo, and lotion were made out nicely.The staff was very friendly, and the free breakfast actually had some things that the boys wanted to eat: Waffles to toast, bagels with cream cheese, yogurt, and hot coffee that I didn’t have to ask to be refilled.

The manager here is amazing! Whenever we are in town, we stay here as we are treated well and feel welcomed. Rooms are decent sized, and having a mini kitchenette is a plus, especially with kids or pets.
Conveniently located in town, stores are in walkable distances. If you're traveling around the holidays, you might even get invited to their hotel/family meals!

I agree with most others that you get great value from this reasonably priced motel. The TV was huge and great for watching our Houston Astros game. The room had a small refrigerator, microwave, iron and ironing board. The bed was comfortable too. 👍👍👍

Had a good stay, was there a few weeks. Staff was always helpful in getting us the room we needed for the length of time we needed, thank you. Only had one problem...the male that cleans the rooms has access to the rooms at all times, apparently. Happened twice, at around 10:30-11:00 p.m he would knock once and open the door and try to walk in. Made an excuse we didn't pay...we paid in advance by the week. When confronted he stuttered and stammered and hurriedly walked away. Confronted him in the office the next day, he had no reason for doing this. Double lock your doors. Other than that, it's an okay place. Asst. Manager was very nice and easy to get along with.

Customer Service was amazing.. Isaiah the maintenance man was really great. He came to our room within five minutes and fixed our issue immediately. The front desk lady I didn’t catch. Her name was also amazing and in great spirits.
