Had an amazing experience staying at the Wilding Hotels Alaska location. The space was cozy but still felt elevated, the beds were extremely comfortable and plenty warm (which I was worried about with Alaska weather!) The heated floor kept us warm and comfy the whole time. Fairbanks also had a surprising amount to do between the Ice Castle World Championships, the World Championship Sled Dog Sprints and a private sled dog tour. But I also could have happily stayed in the unit to relax the majority of the time. The staff was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The biggest highlight was definitely watching the Northern Lights go across the sky from our bed 3 nights in a row. Would recommend!

What an incredible stay! Wilding in Fairbanks exceeded every expectation. The room was cozy, warm, and just right for two people. I especially appreciated the radiant heated floors — such a comfort after being out in the snow. The privacy shades were a great touch too; we could sleep in or watch the aurora from bed, which was surreal. We booked the snow sledding tour and had an absolute blast. It was exciting, well-organized, and a major highlight of the trip. If you’re looking for a mix of adventure and comfort in Alaska, this is the place.

Magical. Watching the northern lights from the comfort of our room at Wilding Hotels in Fairbanks was an experience we’ll never forget. The room was perfect for the two of us — thoughtfully designed, cozy, and just the right amount of space. I was initially a little worried about staying warm, but the radiant floor heat kept us perfectly comfortable the entire time. We also loved that the window shades could be closed for privacy or sleeping, but when open, the view was absolutely breathtaking. The snow sledding tour was a highlight — so much fun and everything we had hoped it would be. Wilding truly delivered an unforgettable adventure.

We had a great time staying in Fairbanks at this amazing unit! We saw the northern lights every night we were there, and the location was stunning. The sauna was a nice touch in the evenings, and the bed was super comfortable. We can't wait to come back in the summer months to stay again!

We had an absolutely amazing of a time at Wilding Hotels! There was absolutely no better way to watch the northern lights, than from your cozy warm bed!! That alone was worth every dollar.

The room was perfect and had all of the amenities we needed, including some extras. Having your own private sauna was just a cherry on top!

The hotel is 15 minutes away from Fairbanks, which we really appreciated. Any shopping, restaurants, or activities were right around the corner.

Wilding Hotels concierge service was able to put together some very fun and exciting activities, including dog sledding, snowmobiling, helicopter flight, reindeer walk, and Chena Hot Springs tour! It was a trio of a lifetime!

Both Amy and Andrea were so kind and helpful before and during the stay.

We highly recommend this place, and definitely plan to come back!

Such a lovely and indulgent space in the perfect location! Close enough to town to go to dinner or shopping but feels like you’re out in the wilds. Too cloudy for me to see the lights sadly, but still great view. Wonderful amenities, the bathtub was heaven and the binoculars were a nice touch, especially for a spring visit with all the song birds coming back 🙂

My wife and I stayed here and saw the northern lights 4 nights in a row— it was amazing!! Seeing them from your bed is another level of awesome. Each night, we used the private saunas which was another highlight. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I hope we get to return again.
