I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The service was so polite and attentive! They quickly and very efficiently handled any inquiry that I had. I loved the viewing deck and then the whirlpool tub so great! I highly recommend. When I come back this is definitely where I will be staying 😁

What a wonderful experience! Everything we needed. Rooms were meticulously clean and it was quiet. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of hot water for showers. Within easy walking distance to Bell Rock, which was greatly appreciated so I could take our dog for a walk at such a beautiful park. WiFi was excellent and we appreciated the mini fridge and microwave. Thank you for a lovely experience!

I paid $350 for 1 night, I paid extra for a room with a view and a jetted bathtub. The view was of a storage room and the bathtub smelled like rotting sewage as soon as the jets were turned on. Room was dirty. The bed is on a metal box with just a metal spring under the mattress. Completely disappointed in this hotel. I chose this hotel over other cheaper hotels for the views and tub that I paid extra for and couldn't enjoy. We checked out early at 7am as soon as the office opened. Manager did call and agreed to a refund. Still over a week later and no refund. Booking.com has not been able to reach a Manager to process refund. View from the parking is great, that's the only good thing about this hotel.

What a great place to stay! Amazing views! uptown is busy and crowed. The rocks are just not as grand there. Staying here is quiet with best views around. Right across the street from the Bell Rock Trail head. No need to drive to take a great hike. Gas station across the street. Bbq place too. Don’t miss out on this nice clean room with a fire place and quiet times. We will definitely come back to stay again!

We stayed at Wildflower Inn at Bell Rock for five nights in a double queen room. First time to Sedona and we were so happy to be out of the Sedona congestion. We could walk to good eateries and even walked to Bell Rock for hiking. Location was also perfect for all the other hikes we did and with an early start we never had traffic driving north. Room was very clean and towels and linens were of good quality. Mattress was comfy. The room had the best lighting I’ve had in a hotel. Good for reading. Good night light. Bright lights when needed. And both room darkening shade as well as lighter shade. Small kitchen area provided what we needed including enough counter space and even a faucet high enough that we could fill our water bottles. Full length door mirror was nice to have. Apple TV was available. Outside tables on deck and first level patio were clean and nice for end of day visits with other guests. We had only a few exchanges with staff because we didn’t need anything but all exchanges were good. We felt safe in the area. It was quiet. We did use the laundry and my only suggestion is that someone destroyed the filter on the dryer and it was filthy when I went to use it. No breakfast was served but we had our own and were on our way well before it would have been served anyway. Yes, I highly recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Front desk staff are very friendly and always there when you walk in! As a first timer in Sedona, I appreciate they had a list of things to do and places to eat near. There’s coffee, tea and fresh water in the lobby. I recommend staying on weekdays since weekends are busy and people get loud, you can hear through the wall and ceiling. Rooms could use a deep cleaning on walls and floor, other than that we had an enjoyable stay. Thank you Rocio for being a big help and accommodation with a room with tub, you were so kind to us!

Located about 8 miles outside of Sedona. The location is great. But service was lacking. They told me they would be there until 10 pm but when we arrived at 930 no one was there. Good thing I had called earlier in the day and got the after hour instructions. The rooms seem newly refurbished except for the bathroom. The cleaning is lacking at best. There were dirty towels left in the bathroom and poop plastered on the side of the toilet. Had to request 3 different times for the poop to be cleaned.
