We had SUCH a lovely stay. The building is adorable, the service was great, room was spacious and very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Would absolutely recommend. Definitely some things to consider before booking, but did not bother us whatsoever:

-It is an older building. You will hear people coming and going and the trains passing by. Understandably it would disturb people that aren't used to that amount of city noise.
-Breakfast is mainly baked goods and coffee. (Though limited, delicious and homemade.)
-Our room had only skylights, no windows.

Had a great stay here recently and thoroughly enjoyed all the extras this place had to offer! From luxury bathroom products to immaculate linens, you’re practically guaranteed the best night’s sleep you’ve had in a long time. Kudos to Bri for their awesome coffee at breakfast and making this inn surely one to remember.

The room is well appointed and comfortable. The common space, where breakfast is available, is airy and pleasant (and the food is very good). The location is excellent, right in the heart of Wicker Park, close to restaurants, the train, shops and pretty much everything you'd want. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and clean rooms, excellent service. Love the heated bathroom floors and the shared kitchen with a view. Perfect location to get anywhere in the city, but the neighborhood is fun too. We visited my sibling, who lives in the neighborhood, but doesn’t have an extra bed- it worked out perfectly to meet up for shopping and exploring the city.

Cozy B&B in the heart of Wicker Park within close walking distance to second hand and trendy shops, bars and restaurants in a safe neighborhood. Set on a treelined street with a courteous staff of young women on the premises. A lite breakfast of cakes, muffins, yogurt, tea and coffee are available to be enjoyed in a spacious modern open kitchen. Comfy bedding, a nice modern spacious shower, large screen TV and chill lighting. I'll definitely stay here again.

this hotel is a hidden gem I can't believe I didn't find until now! staff is very nice and accommodating, the rooms and hotel in general are BEAUTIFUL, and I love having the option for a guest fridge with all sorts of complimentary snacks! location is impeccable too, it was a lovely walk to the Salt Shed and of course is right by the blue line and bustling Milwaukee Avenue. I can't wait to return, either by myself again or with friends. A+!

I really wanted to love this inn! Location is great, but our room was SO LOUD. It was on the first floor and we heard the front door every time it was opened or closed, heard people walking by our room constantly, and heard the people above us. This is with a sound machine on, and we aren’t super light sleepers. One of the other rooms has a warning when you book it that it is loud due to the train, and ours didn’t have any sort of warning that there’d be heavy foot traffic noise.

This place was so lovely. Great location, cute and clean room, and very friendly staff. I am gluten free and vegan and they went to the trouble of having a delicious breakfast loaf made for me! The kitchen was well appointed and clean, too.
