I got a full body 60 minute massage that was wonderful. Even though I was nervous going in based on my previous experience with massages (2 years before), I was made comfortable in a calm, dim room with relaxing music playing. This massage was great because deep pressure was used on the areas I needed the most. The use of hot rocks to loosen the muscles and then massage my back with was new to me and I loved it. I especially appreciate being asked about where I had the most tension and focusing on those areas. I even got advice for how to take care of future muscle pain. I would recommend this massage parlor, and I do want to go back maybe once a month to tackle chronic migraines and neck tension.

I went in with a shoulder pain I mentioned it to Richard and he really focused on this, which was a nice change from other places. Apart from this he is really knowledgeable and knew how to remedy my shoulder issue.. I highly recommend anybody out there looking for a great massage therapist to visit Richard at Whole health!!

I had a great experience with Richard today. I've been to a ton of massage therapists over the years and he is at the very tip top of the list. I had lower back/hip issues along with neck/shoulder. He worked out the kinks and gave me a high degree of relief. If I lived here I would go as often as I could. I'll settle with being back whenever I'm in town.

Hands-down, the most beneficial massage I’ve ever received in my entire life! I injured my shoulder the day before and the pain was so intense I was not able to sleep. I called the following day and was able to get in within two hours. I’m extremely excited to say that this morning, the pain in my shoulder is completely resolved! If you have any deep tissue issues or chronic pain, you HAVE to book an appointment!!! I can guarantee you will not regret it!
