Not cleaned before or after our arrival(except by me). Only beds had been made. Dirty dishes, glasses, flatware in drawers and cabinets so I had to wash everything. Carpets are brown, browner and sticky. Jets in tub appeared never to have been cleaned since installation. Smelled musty and moldy and found the HVAC filter looked like gray indoor/outdoor carpet. The walls and other surfaces had splashes of ? and were visibly dirty. Office is closed on Sundays and the answer to cleaning is housekeeping is contracted to arrive on Wed and Sat only. Monday morning maintenance man was good but that only required a notice outside our doorknob that he picked up and no management contact. When we finally got a callback from the owner an offer of an additional week and cleaning 2 days later was laughable. The stairs throughout the complex look like they were constructed without measuring tape or level and are dangerous. The steps in a flight of stairs ranged from 4-11 inches high with different angles and the rails were about 4 inches lower than standard. Rustic
The view from here is great but can't distract from the filthy interior.
Find somewhere else to stay! We left 3 days early because, although the air filter had been changed, the air was still affecting my husband's breathing.

Older resort, but nice. Request the third floor if you don’t want to use the stairs. Parking is third floor.

The location was great. Easy access to Hot Springs and surrounding areas like Lake Ouachita. The place/decor is so out of date. If you don’t mind the 80’s look it’s a really nice spot. Great dock for your boat as well. Staff is nice.

Very friendly place, the view of the lake is beautiful. I had side by side condos very clean. Came in the winter so very little company around. Appliances could use an update, definitely need better pillows and mattress was decent. We enjoyed our week with the family.

Everything was great. We had almost everything we needed, and the condo was very spacious and accommodating. The units were very dated, but everything was functional, and the view from 18 B was breathtaking! We really enjoyed our shortened stay!

The facility is in a great location. The staff was very friendly and equally helpful. ||||But is not a 5 star stay because the facility is dated. It was clean and not worn out, but to be 5 star it needs to be remodeled. ||||That said because it was clean and the staff was great I would stay again.

If you like the 1980s, maybe the 1990s, this would be the place to stay. There was plenty of room with two baths and two bedrooms for the two of us. The wood burning fireplace was a complete surprise. Haven't seen a wood burner in any of the places that we stayed at in the past. No, we didn't try it. There was a metal bucket with ash on the deck. Every item in the unit worked but was outdated. Huge master bathroom whirlpool with mirrors all around. Deck facing Lake Hamilton was a bonus. We received 8 free passes to the local gym, which was fantastic. Biggest gym I've ever worked out in. They had just about everything you could want. The pool was closed. Sent us to another hotel to use their outdoor heated pool about a mile away. We only used their indoor hot tub once.
