Came in at 10:30 on a Saturday with an appointment. Wasn’t busy in the shop and Dong was ready for me as soon as I walked in. I showed her some inspo pictures of bridal nails and she recommended the ombre with chrome one so we went with it and she did a beautiful job.

Also, everyone who works there is Vietnamese and a Viet person myself I appreciated that they weren’t talking about any guests behind their backs.

Very clean and welcoming spa. My nail specialist Sunny suggested I try an acrylic dip instead of an acrylic fill, which was a new experience for me. I absolutely loved it! My nails are brittle, and the dip provides a strong hold without looking thick and bulky. I was amazed by how sleek and gorgeous my nails look. There were no bleeding cuticles, and she worked quickly. Cash tips preferred 😉

My girlfriend is a regular at this location (always tips generously), however after this most previous experience, it will be her last. She asked for black nail polish for her acrylic nails. She was texting me during the appointment letting me know she didn’t get her usual girl, but instead got a guy doing her nails this time. The words exchanged with him I’m not sure of, but she stated to me that he was rude and extremely careless, and his work reflected that. She asked for her nails to be black, but when they came out they were blue in the light. He also messed up the length that she asked for. We politely pointed this out to the staff and all they offered at first was to go over the paint a 2nd time with the same shade of “super black” polish. I asked to see the bottle they used, you literally couldn’t even read the label it was so faded and old. It came out blue. The front desk staff who claims to be the manager stated that black comes out as blue, which is simply not true. And if that is that case with that particular nail polish, then state that in the beginning.

She paid $113 for a service that was not at all what she asked for…? We politely asked if we could come back and they could redo the set for half price next week, they declined because “he already spent the time” I could have demanded a full refund, however I was trying to be respectful and reasonable. The staff did nothing to try to appease the situation and lost a loyal customer. Sloppy quality by this individual that the “manager” referred to as “Dallas”. And terrible quality control and customer service from the entire staff to let something that messy slide with a regular and loyal customer. All that was ever offered to us by the end was $10 in exchanged for the inconvenience. Too many nail salons in town to waste your money with people who don’t care about the quality of their work or service. Where is the pride? If providing a quality service is too much for you, then you are in the wrong profession. My advice is take your money elsewhere because there are so much better places. Staff is hot trash. And I only say that because that’s how they treated us.

I used to come here all the time with my mom and they always did a great job with my nails(acrylics) and designs & staff was extremely nice.

However my first visit after the pandemic was a bit disappointing. If I’m paying for a service why does it feel like they are doing me a favor by giving me that service. I also gave them a great tip! I got my nails done a week ago and these are the results, needles to say I’m definitely not coming back if this is what their customer service/nail service is like now.

I usually do walk in but I made an appointment with Moon this time. Moon was super nice and did a great job! It looks super nice and loving my blue chrome nails (GEL X nails). Can’t wait to go on my upcoming trip with the new nails! 😊

Great Nail Salon! I’m new to the area and had to find a new salon..this it! All of the nail technicians are talented and the salon is beautiful and comfortable. My nails always look magazine perfect. 10/10.

As soon as I walked into this establishment, no hello. No greeting, just stares. Then they had the younger lady come to the front when no one was there originally to tell me and three other customers were checking in to tell me specifically it would be a hour wait. I was willing to wait but then she said, “it’ll likely be more than an hour” implying that they were doing me a favor when they just wanted to turn down my business because I’m Black. Be mindful if you are Black, you’re not welcomed here and neither is your money.
