One of the worst experiences I’ve had. Fast food shouldn’t be like this. Why does it take 10 years to get a meal for two people. Why is half the menu missing. If you don’t have the food why bother even opening. People were nice but why is it like this.

3 to 4 days a week they have no chili. Reason? I was told no one wants to Prepare it… at 12 o’clock(noon) You can ask for chili and it’s not ready.. at 2:30 they’re sold out… when they never made none in the first place…. That came straight from one of the employees… unbelievable!!….. if I was the owner, I’d wanna know this……

Very poor service. Laughed at my dad in his face. Place had trash everywhere. Won't be stopping here. No napkins, pop machine was not working right. Pop tastes like watered down.

Food was cold even though I waited over 12 minutes and their scanner mysteriously doesn't work so you can't use your rewards or coupons. Building looks updated but they should have all equipment functional and it's not.

Doors were filthy, handle was sticky, bathrooms dirty and one stall didn't even have toilet paper let alone a tp holder to put toilet paper in, floors throughout were sticky and not a clean table to sit at. We took our food and ate in the car. The girl that took our order was nice, but unfortunately the un-cleanliness of the place grossed us out and ruined it.

Was the only person in the drive-through. Was asked to pull up to the door. We ordered 2 French toast stick meals (#10) it took almost 20 minutes for those meals. Employees acted like they didn't know what customer service is and that they didn't even wanna be there.

Thank you to the kind lady on Oct 17th for helping find my lost dog. The saucy nugs were also pretty good.
