We hosted the most beautiful bridal shower at Wells on Main. It is a stunning venue and Tonya is fantastic to work with. All of our guests commented on this beautiful venue. I'm so glad we hosted our shower at Wells on Main and would book another event in a heartbeat. It is perfect for any celebration including weddings.

Wells on Main was an exceptional venue for our event of about 30 people. The space was very well equipped with kitchen tools, tables, linens, and chairs. Tonya went above and beyond to make our wedding reception special, including putting up a backdrop for photos and mailing a lost item back! The space was beautiful and our guests loved it.

The Airbnb, conveniently located right upstairs from the champagne room, similarly exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much for everything, Tonya!

Wells on Main Guesthouse & Gatherings was THE PERFECT VENUE FOR US! We can not thank Tonya Wells and her husband enough for everything they did to make our wedding so special! This venue is so beautiful as is that I barely had to put any details into our wedding! Not to mention the airbnb that was included into the wedding package was just absolutely stunning!! They are wonderful genuine people to work with to make your wedding dreams come true! THANK YOU SO MUCH! I recommend them to anyone trying to plan a wedding and looking for a beautiful venue! Not to mention what they have up there sleeves with the finishing details of this beautiful place! ❤️😍

Can't say enough about how wonderful this venue is! Very easy to work with and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Decor is beautiful so we just had to add a few personal touches. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need and the clean up was the easiest after any event I have hosted. Would definitely book again for a future event!!

This was the best place for the baby shower I threw! We hosted it in The Champagne Room and it was absolutely perfect❤️ Tonya is so nice and helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. Recommending to everyone!

The Wells on Main was absolutely amazing! Tanya was so professional, and friendly it was a pleasure to have our wedding there. We also stayed in their Airbnb on the second floor, it was super clean and comfortable.

Everything was so beautiful, it is incredible place…from the party rooms to the suites, the decor and the service was just outstanding. We had so many people share compliments, you and Shawn should be so proud!

One of our guests had actually been in the building before you bought it, when the roof was partially collapsed. The work and attention to detail you have put in is unreal.

On Sunday, May 15th we chose Wells on Main to host our 50th wedding anniversary for family and friends. Having lived in Fairbury for 19 years early in our marriage, before moving to our current home in Bloomington, this unique and special event space stood out above all others that we considered in the Bloomington area.

It was important to us to be able to provide our own caterer and utilizing Decadent Boards created the most perfect food creations to compliment this amazing space. Lori’s Glories Desserts Galore provided the mini cupcakes and frosted heart shaped sugar cookies.

Tonya was a delight to work with offering flexibility and such attention to detail. All of the table covers and decorations were included in the extremely reasonable rental rate, as were the drink dispensers and trays which saved us from supplying our own. This event space is so beautifully furnished proving so many special touches. I was even able to easily display my wedding dress worn on that special day over 50 years ago.

So many of our guests who weren’t familiar with Wells on Main were just amazed at how beautiful and special the Champagne Room was. Having a seating area with a sofa, coffee table and chairs made this feel like we’d invited our guests into our home, but without the stress of all the work that goes with that. We were just able to walk in and enjoy our afternoon with our guests.

We highly recommend Wells on Main for your next event, whether it be a special anniversary, birthday, baby or bridal shower, or even a smaller intimate wedding and reception, as it will be hard to match the uniqueness of this special space.

Thank you Tonya and Shawn Wells for transforming an older historic building into such a unique and beautiful event room and Air B&B! You’ve done an amazing job!
