I've been a customer at the Wellness Nook for four years now, and the services are much much more than a treat for the body. Massages in general are great, but the deep tissue massage and targeted work done by Jeannine are fantastic and an important part of my self-care. She assessed my body and needs and works on the areas most in need each appointment. The optional treatments offered amp up the treatment. My favorite are the hot stones and aromatherapy. The newest infrared sauna is also a great service.

The Sauna was such an amazing experience. It was a cold day and laying in the sauna was even better than sitting in a cozy, warm car! The amount of motivation to get things done after the Sauna was amazing! The motivation has stuck around and been a good reset for me.

Lymph node drainage is a must! My allergies have been better! My head pressure is gone. Jeaine does such a good job of using her knowledge and expertise and doing what is best for your body!

H2O facial, it’s an enzyme and oxygen treatment it is such an amazing way for your face to get a renewal! I went in with a big pimple and it was gone by the time I left! Not only is it relaxing my face felt baby soft.

This tired, working mama went in feeling and looking exhausted, I left feeling pampered, rejuvenated and loved! I have gone to Jeanine for close to 5 years! She takes her time to listen and do what is best for your body! I always leave looking forward to my next time that I get to come back!
