My daughter paid for a month long stay to get away from a domestic abuse situation. 2 weeks into the stay an employee decided her service dog wasn’t “real” and kicked her out with no refund leaving her without means to stay anywhere else. Stay far away from this place. I have filed a complaint with the ADA for refusing a service dog

This place is dirty, The staff are scammers. They have people sending money to cash app ,Instead of the hotel .They scam someone who visited me out of 250. I wouldn't recommend this place the dude at the front desk watch out for him he steal and scams without a care . Don't trust this place with card info or property.I was trying to leave they wouldn't give me my things.DONT STAY HERE

So heard the low down. There are no roaches. At least not anymore. Matter of fact pest control was just here spraying every room. Listen. I've stayed in way worse for way more. I've been here 2 months now. The staff is cool, just solve most problems on your own if you need help throughout the night, they are human! Obviously emergencies are tended too. But I like that. Let me pay my little rent and leave me alone! I like it here and all the shops around me are a total bonus. Even if you have to walk/take bus/Uber it's all so close. Oh the Internet sucks so do NOT rely on it, but it's here I'm told😂 But there is no pool, or ice machine... I'll add pics later...
Side note*** they just had new key readers on every door and they're awesome.

Worst place in ofallon. No hot water, dirty and stinky , trash all over .
Staff are scammers and liars. Manager dude is a liar and scam artist. Will be sueing for refusal to return deposit with no damage. Don't stay here only giving 1 star because no ZERO option!

Very bad place. Unlivable conditions. Refuses refunds on days you didn't stay. Definitely don't reserve room for entire stay or you will get robbed.

You get what you pay for, lol. Don't try to save your money & just go somewhere else. I reserved a double bed room, arrived and was given a king bed, told that others had reserved double beds, so I probably wouldn't get one, since they were totally out of double bed rooms. They "found one." There was a puddle of unknown liquid on the floor in between the beds, urine on the toilet, hairs in the microwave & shower, no TV, the window was left open, etc. The AC was broken and struggling to cool the room on a moderately nice day outside. There is no breakfast, and pool is not actually there, I suppose, as the door was broken completely. The elevator sounded like it was 5 seconds from giving up.
At least there were no visible bed bugs.

Drawer missing in kitchen. The whole sink faucet literally moves 2 inches when I turn the handle, dirty towels when I got here, hair on 1 of them, hair in the sink, plastic base trim peeling away in 2 areas about 3 feet total, 1 light doesnt work, phone doesnt work. Just a quick 5 min inspection. I asked to be moved to different room and I was quickly denied. I obviously dont run the hotel but there are about 50 cars and 100 rooms. It looks, at first glance, like they only have half the hotel filled. I cant imagine this place could be ran any worse.

There is no house keeping for rooms and you have to take out your own trash. Toiletries,Fresh Towels are available until 10pm. They need a coin machine so onsite laundry can be done.
