This hotel was my second option since the one next to this one had no availability. It was $120 for 2 beds. Plus a $60 cash deposit that is refunded when we check out. I asked for a deposit receipt and the guy helping me out said we don’t give receipt for deposits, everyone pays $60. I got a room on the second floor and I will start by saying that the floor was dirty. You can tell it was not mopped. Second, the bed sheets were gross. It has stains and hair. You can tell right away those sheets were not changed. Luckily I had an extra bed sheet that I put over those yucky ones. I was not in the mood to argue I just wanted to sleep since we were tired. When I checked out the guy behind the window wanted to give me $50 back as my deposit. I told him I was $60 what I gave. He showed me a sticky note that said $50 I told him No! I need my $60 back and I was denied to a receipt in the first place because I knew this would happen. He gave me my $60 back but I don’t recommend this hotel. They will take your deposit and the bed sheets were not changed.

Everything was fine until check out when the man working behind the counter refused to give us our deposit back. The room was left in the same condition as we found it. The employee at the Welcome Inn said he was keeping out deposit because my RV was parked on the neighbors property, the Woods Spring hotel, and because they called and complained we don't get our deposit back. Not once did ANYONE from the Welcome Inn say a word to us about moving the RV. I would have happily complied if they had done so. The worker here is a scandalous thief and BEWARE if you plan on staying here.

Very Good rooms, big size bed. furniture is modern and very pleasing. no problems while we stayed for whole week. housekeeping is great and kept my room very clean. I work in this area so, when I comeback from work feel like home. office people are very friendly and helpful. I paid $450 for week that's best price I could get in the area with such nice room. I definitely recommend this place.

Great experience here! I took a last minute chance coming here and I didn't regret it! The rooms are clean and quite and the woman that checked me in was amazing and very nice. I will definitely book here when I come back!

Very disappointing. Read all the reviews good/poor prior, and booked with an open mind. Positive reviews are very misleading. Suffice it to say the poor and negative reviews are more accurate to my personal experiences. Requested a new comforter as I found the one on the bed had numerous possible cigarette or threadbare holes. Wasn't going to surrender my deposit for this situation. Was told to not worry about it, just move it to the side, as the sheets were clean. This would not fly with my wife nor me! Asked for another room as a replacement comforter wasn't going to happen. I inspected the "only other room available" and found the same types of burn or threadbare holes in that comforter too! If this is their standard, acceptable level of quality, I want no part! Cancelled my three night stay but was charged one night stay, per "policy." They don't even deserve my cancelation fee as I felt duped!
Currently, disputing charges w my card company.
Website representation, photos etc, all inaccurate. Potential guests please beware of this stay option.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The staff is very friendly and they even waived the $60 deposit for us! The rooms are clean and quiet. We have family in the neighboring cities, so it's location is perfect. Would definitely keep coming back.

it was a last minute hotel reservation. they got us checked in 2 hrs prior to regular check in . the man working the office was very helpful . we stayed in room (202). it’s the room upstairs right above the office . we were hardly even in the room because we had a event . within maybe 5 hrs of being there we received two phone calls in the phone . the first one saying “turn down your music it’s not a party” (we were watching tik toks) and the second one “my kids are sleeping stop stomping your damn feet” , i got up to use the bathroom while walking and not even a minute later i got the phone call. i did not like that because it made me uncomfortable like someone was watching my every move . not sure if someone’s family sleeps down stairs (in the office) or if it was someone next to me . but it was overall very werid because i couldn’t hear anyone in thier rooms but some one was obviously paying attention to my hotel room.
