We recently hosted my daughter’s 18th birthday at Club Los Meganos, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning venue and the impeccable service provided by the staff. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure every detail of the event was perfect. Special mention to Katrina and Lilian!

The ambiance of the club is both elegant and welcoming, creating the perfect backdrop for a special celebration. The space was beautifully set up, and the attention to detail in the décor truly brought our vision to life. The layout was ideal for both socializing and dancing, and the event flowed seamlessly.

Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the venue was and how well everything was coordinated. The staff at Club Los Meganos were attentive, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the planning process and on the day of the event.

If you’re looking for a place to host a memorable and stress-free event, I highly recommend Club Los Meganos. They helped make my daughter’s milestone birthday a day we will always treasure!

We toured 15+ venues around the Bay Area and Southern CA and came across this hidden gem thinking it would be another venue we wouldn't like. Once we met Lily and Katrina and we toured the venue, we immediately knew Club Los Meganos (CLM) was the right choice for our October wedding. Lily, Katrina, and the CLM team were amazing every step of the way.

To start, the wedding contract and the flexible payment options were greatly appreciated. The contract was extremely reasonable and accommodating compared to all the other venues we considered.

Next, the CLM team relieved a large amount of stress with their assistance and flexibility throughout the planning process. Having an in-house wedding planner was definitely a key part of the success of our wedding.
- We communicated primarily through email, and Lily and Katrina consistently responded in a timely manner.
- They were very accomodating during the food and wine tasting.
- We loved having the ability to hire multiple outside food vendors (for the Late Night Snacks) and we were overall impressed with how well the CLM team integrated all of our outside vendors.
- Their preferred vendors list was helpful in finding an officiant and a florist.

Lastly, the wedding itself went off without a hitch due to the attention to detail and extensive effort put in by the CLM management team. Our guests received impressive attention regarding drink and food service; clean accomodations; a well-prepared and organized space; and overall generous service. Because of all this effort, our guests continue to bring up how amazing the food was, how beautiful the venue was, and how much they enjoyed our wedding.

We truly had an incredible and memorable time - we highly recommend this venue for your wedding or any other major event 🙂

I had my wedding here 4 months ago and it was absolutely AMAZING! Lily, Katrina and their team were super helpful, patient and kind. They held my hand every step of the way making sure I had everything I needed. The venue is gorgeous on its own without any decoration so decor makes it even more beautiful. The food was delicious for both my rehearsal dinner as well as my reception dinner. We could not have made a better choice in venue for our wedding and I can’t thank them enough!!

My husband and I were able to have our wedding reception at Club Los Meganos and we are so thrilled that we did. The place is beautiful, modern, and the outside garden area is gorgeous. We were so happy that we were allowed to use the whole outside area which is huge and kept up beautifully. The coordinators Katrina and Lillian were both amazing to work with. Both were so patient and kind. They were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and the day of our wedding. My family had asked for a small accommodation for one of my older relatives and Katrina was able to help out. They were so happy about that and expressed to me how wonderful she was. They set up the outside and inside area so beautifully for us. I can't express how happy we are that we had our reception there. I highly recommend this place for an elegant wedding. You will not regret it!

Lily and Katrina and the whole team at Club Los Meganos get two very enthusiastic thumbs up from me and the bride and My Husband and all of our friends who celebrated the wedding. The catering staff and on and on we just can’t give a great enough rave. Our daughter got married on March 23. From the minute we started working with Katrina and Lily. We knew we were in the hands of experts. They were gracious, knowledgeable, supportive, flexible, and left us feeling that there was nothing they wouldn’t do to help us have a fantastic event! The venue is gorgeous, the food is delicious and I could just go on and on.
Thanks to the entire team at Club los Maganos. It was a night to remember. 💖👍👏🥳

It was such a great decision to host our dream wedding at Club Los Meganos. The venue is very spacious and was absolutely perfect for our outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. All of our guests had a great time, and the staff was super accommodating throughout the entire planning process. Overall, we would highly recommend the venue and the staff for an amazing and fun time!

If you've seen pictures of the property and can see it's beautiful - that's because it actually is. Then meet the staff and coordinators - you'll see that their hearts and service are beautiful! Our well-done wedding there was highly successful and beautiful, in-part, because of how meticulous we personally were as a couple keen on detail, and majorly because Club Los Meganos was efficient, communicative, well managed, humble, available, and good listeners. When we as a couple were on top of things, they as a company could be better on top of their things - not perfect, but most surely aiming to please (which they were good at - a well priced place with multiple benefits and customizations included)! Lillian, a wed coordinator, is experienced, caring, and her respect level is high. People like her worked hard to build us the right wed package, address our concerns/ questions/ challenges, as well as treat our family and friends like we were ALL a part of their inner circle. Even as good as we all were, our wedding had hiccups and unexpected happenings like all weddings experience, but at Club Los Meganos the wedding was so great and sweet that those "hiccup-memories" have paled and faded away in the light of the ENCOMPASSING beauty that defined our "tie-the-knot-moment". (Beauty, as in organization, wish-list checked off, good service, ability to be creative, and a "can-do-spirited" staff)... It's All good reminiscing going on over here, and we are grateful and give thanks and glory to Jesus, who's our God and Savior, for how He smoothed things over behind the scenes to bless us, our guests, and the Club staff with a marvelous marriage ceremony and celebration!
