Here we go again!!!! I called and asked if anyone was available for a massage, she says yes come in. I arrive ten minutes later and she says “you have to make an appt” I explained that I literally just got off the phone asking if anyone was available and was told to come in she just kept saying no no no with no explanation so of course we all know it was because I was a black woman. These massage places are judging me off my nationality and losing in the end because I’m a trucker and I tip very well. I always leave good reviews for businesses that deserve it but I’m even quicker to inform the public when I’m racially discriminated against because yes it still exist!

They said they only do 30 mins massages unless you book one ahead in advance and they close at 7:30 p.m. well they have to update everything here or I feel like I'm being lied to.

So unprofessional and deceitful. I called on Friday and the lady on the phone says yes you can come without hesitation. I get there and she says they can only do 30 mins because they are completely booked. Ok no big deal so I just go with the 30 mins. I give her $45 rolled up as two 20s and a 5. At the end she asks for a tip and I explain to her that although I gave you 5 extra I liked the massage and would like to give 5 more from my wallet in the car. She goes to the other room and bring back only the two 20s and argues with me that I haven't tipped yet. Like why you lying so hard? Especially after I'm telling I'll tip more. I still gave the other 5 for a total $10 tip.

I still needed an hour massage so I called the next morning and same lady picks up. I ask if your schedule is open, she says yes, I ask if I can come rn, she says yes. When i get there she asking for an appointment. I explain to her I just called and we just talked about this and you told me to come in. Turns out she was waiting for another employee to show up to help her with the double booking and so she turned me away after i confrimed amd drove out there...

Terrible just terrible communication and customer service skills. Be careful with these people.

After paying 70 for hr massage and leaving a 10$ tip, the rude front desk lady went out to me car told me next time leave a bigger tip!!! I could not believe it! I'll never go back again
