We had a unexpected overnight stay in Warner point! The owner Mary Kate was amazing. Her gracious hospitality was so sweet, kind and considerate, since we didn't even have a reservation! The house was impeccable and the views were breathtaking! We only wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks, Mary Kate for hosting us! We will definitely recommend you to all our friends!

We just wrapped up a 1 week stay in the cottage at Warner Point and I wish I could have stayed longer. I don't think pictures could ever do this place any justice - the views from the cottage and deck are better than most ocean front hikes I've been on. In addition to the deck and a well-maintained grill, there is also a private hot tub that has an amazing view of the ocean.

The cottage itself was a joy to stay in. The owners clearly have a vision for the place and pride of ownership: the kitchen has all the essentials from organic cooking oils to any appliance you may need. They have thought of everything and skimp on nothing - even the soaps, shampoos, etc are of high quality, and the bed sheets are organic cotton.

Finally, the property itself is vast and we spent a good amount of time just wandering around. There's a beautiful lookout point with benches and a fire pit, and a short path down to the beach. We felt safe and yet had 100% privacy during our entire stay.

This is one of those places that, the moment I arrived, I felt sad that I would eventually have to leave. I honestly can't wait to come back!

My wife and I had the opportunity to stay at Warner Point this past weekend and wow were we impressed. - The serenity and calm of this property is transcending. Coming in from Las Vegas the peace of Gualala has been a long time home coming. - Both the owners Katie and Greg are world class. They are very helpful, kind and frankly feel like family. - The property inside and out was clean as a whistle. They even had fresh eggs! - The property also hosted incredible views. Sunrise, Sunset... Don't even get me started.. Absolutely STUNNING. - The sunny days are just as good as the foggy and rainy days! - SUPER beautiful no matter the weather! - The hot tub, shower, bath room, and kitchen were SUPER clean (We are OCD clean people) - WOW! - The surrounding little towns of Point Arena and Gualala make for an incredible set of adventures next to the beaches and Forrests. - I highly recommend Warner Point for any wedding, special family event or just a simple weekend stay. - Truly top notch! - We will be back!!!!!

Got married here summer of 2019. I cannot tell you how many people came up to my wife and I and said how epic the wedding was - "it was the best wedding I have been to"...and a huge part of that was the venue, Warner Point. The Warners worked with us, were totally responsive to our requests and went above and beyond. Just look at the pics and see for yourself the views of the sunset, the cove, etc...They were super clear about everything, no surprise fees, they helped us find local vendors for food, equipment, etc, honestly it felt like being with family.

I know with COVID-19 spreading, and given it's the winter time, this isn't the optimal time for weddings and bringing people together, but this venue was so amazing I had to come back and post this review before any more time passes, so that if you are considering some sort of wedding in these times, or you are seeing this sometime in the future and things have calmed down...if you have an event or wedding at Warner Point, you will not be disappointed. A huge thank you to the Warners for everything.

My husband and I got married here and had the best weekend. The venue is naturally gorgeous but all the little touches Katy and Megan added made the spot even more magical. We stayed in the guest house, which was lovely, comfy and clean with everything you could ever need supplied. The views are unreal, and all our guests really enjoyed their time exploring the property. It honestly felt like home by the end of the weekend.

This is an incredibly beautiful site with very gracious and accommodating hosts. I've had the pleasure of attending several celebrations from small and intimate dinners to classic grand events. Staying in the cottage on site has been deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. This is a favorite destination of mine on the Mendocino coast. The space, ocean views and tranquil privacy are truly amazing. Everytime time I spend time at Warner Point from celebrating with friends and family amidst panoramic Pacific views, to soaking in the hot tub under the stars; I leave fulfilled with life's best memories. Looking forward to going back soon!

We recently had our wedding at Warner Point and stayed in the wonderful cottage. Katie and Megan were awesome. They were there for us every step of the way 100%. They were very helpful in every aspect of the day. Everything was set up beautifully. I highly recommend this venue. Warner Point is a beautiful location surrounded by the sea.
