Had another great experience as always. The amenities and the Spa team are the best we’ve experienced. Vanessa did an amazing job at the main counter and in scheduling our services around our schedule during our stay. Jose was very attentive in the gentlemen’s lounge and took care of any need and keeping all areas stocked and organized. Our spa services were done by both Selena and Denise, and would definitely recommend them again. Overall great experience, highly recommended. Get to know the staff when you go, really a great team.

This is my favorite Spa. I go there often. They offer amazing massages. The equipments and the products they use increase the quality of the services. The therapists are very knowledgeable. The staff is always nice and professional.

Outstanding spa experience with steam rooms, hot tub, and huge showers. My facial with Lana was superb and left me glowing for an entire week on the town. Her product recommendations were excellent and I just can't wait for my next visit with her.

I’m a sucker for a spa day. I have gone to nearly every high end spa Chicago has to offer and The Waldorf continues to be my favorite. I’ve consistently had wonderful experiences. Today I had the most incredible massage by Alexis. She was such a gem and released so much tension in my upper body. Thanks Waldorf, I’ll be back!

I had a wonderful massage here! The facial wasn't great though, my esthetician was an extremely annoying salesperson. She aggressively tried to sell me multiple upgrades and products -- going on about them for several minutes and she seemed oblivious to my clear lack of interest. I had to say no more than once. It made for a less than relaxing experience, especially given how expensive this spa is. Parts of the spa are also worn and could use an update.
