The W2ND Inn proved to be just what were looking for in our 4 day return visit to the Phoenix area. Getting away from chain hotels, the Inn is a quiet, charmingly appointed oasis. Innkeepers Kevin and Shauna are warm and attentive hosts, and all the details they provide are top notch - from an excellent light breakfast to the beautiful outdoor pool/lounging area and the always available refreshments. Our suite was bright, spacious, and had all the amenities we could have wanted.

Centrally located in downtown Mesa - walking distance to great restaurants, shops and the Valley Metro.

You will be warmly welcomed by Kurt and Shauna and provided with a daily breakfast that is especially prepared for you (the scones are amazing)!!

This place is truly beautiful. Kurt and Shauna go above and beyond to make you feel welcome in this home style inn. In mornings do not forget to request the free scone service, these are a must have. We will for sure be back!

We did not know what to expect when booked a 4 night stay in Mesa, Arizona. I always prefer to stay at a B&B and the W2ND did not disappoint. Kurt & Shauna greet you upon arrival and show you around the Inn and your room. They have “help yourself” snacks and drinks available at all times. For breakfast Shauna makes her incredible scones; every day is a different flavor and they are delicious. The additional breakfast items at a small charge are an excellent value.

The Inn is a lovely period home and our room was bright & spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The pool is small but you can use it at any time and a great way to get the day started or to cool off after a day out. We had no knowledge of the area and had no agenda, but we had a wonderful time exploring the lake areas that Kurt recommended. I only gave 4 stars for location but that is for the town of Mesa which is still in the process of revitalization. The Inn, however, is conveniently located within walking distance of museums & restaurants and is on a quiet street with beautiful long front lawns.

I highly recommend W2ND over a hotel/resort; no parking or resort fees and amazing hosts. You feel right at home but better because Shauna & Kurt are very attentive without being intrusive.
You will not be disappointed!

Enjoyed all that W2ND had to offer us during our recent visit to Mesa AZ. The room was decorated nicely, very relaxing and clean. Access to private pool area and the two porches definitely a bonus, feels like home, only better! And yes, I loved seeing the puppies run in their own side yard.
It was nice to meet Kurt and Shauna. BTW, Delicious scones Shauna, nice job!

If I could rate higher than EXCELLENT-- I would! Staying at W2ND made our trip to Phoenix just this side of wonderful. Absolutely wonderful. |The charming (& lovely) property was inviting, comfortable, interesting….I can’t think of another time or place where every need had been anticipated and so well covered. By my second day there I was ready to move in! When we come again to Phoenix area, this will definitely be our choice! And we have already recommended to our friends. ||And the hosts: again, wonderful! The best (friendly, efficient, talented, personally interesting, personable, helpful). If anyone were to say they had a problem of any type with this lovely couple, I'd say that person had a problem! It seems they had anticipated any need...and had it well covered! What a quaint B & B! Kurt & Shaena were incredible hosts and really made our stay. The rooms were spacious and the grounds were beautiful. Lots of space to lounge and relax under the sun. There was a nice pool too although we didnt take a dip. Shaena made us fresh scones in the morning with a fruit plate. They have fresh coffee and tea all day. I would highly recommend if planning a stay in the phoenix area.

W2ND is amazing in every aspect. It is a beautifully restored home with lots of charm and character but also elegance and luxury. The living room and porches provided several calm and comfortable places to relax (with a complimentary snack and beverage) before and after our daily activities. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. The owners are wonderful hosts and made us feel like we were staying with family. The location is a short walk to downtown Mesa with multiple shops and restaurants. Everything was absolutely perfect. W2ND will definitely be where we stay when visiting the Mesa/Phoenix area in the future.
