Horrible experience. I went in to get my nails done for a wedding and left with balls of chunky glitter on my nails and my cuticles weren't even cleaned up. After multiple times of telling them that their work was unsatisfactory they made me pay before leaving and wouldn't fix their mistakes. When I called them today to tell them that I had to personally fix them before the wedding and was 2 hours away, they wanted me to come back and have them fix it. I had to keep telling them that I was unable to do seeing as though I was 2 hours away. Their only rebuttal was that they gave 36 years of experience and they've never done anything wrong. The pictures we have say otherwise.

literally the worst nail experience I’ve had…. had an appointment for 2:00 and she told me to come back in an hour… I told her I couldn’t and she did my nails but was wayyy too rough on them and cut my fingers and left polish on my fingers. wouldn’t go here if I were you!

Worst nail job I've ever had done on my nails from any nail shop. I will not be returning. I was going to get a pedicure but after this horrible job that was done on my hands I said no thanks, I've changed my mind. No way! This was done Saturday 4/30/2022. On top of that he didn't give me the mood change color I asked for this doesn't change any color at all. It's thick, uneven and bulky!
