Vortex does a great job taking care of our hot tubs. I ran into Seth today and he is a great guy. Answered some questions and genuinely cares about the tubs he services. If you need regular scheduled care for your tub, these guys are great. They show up even when it's dumping snow!

I have to commend Jason for his great attention to my pool. He always sees immediately when parts need to be replaced and it gets done before they become a problem. Recently my pool cleaner became sluggish. Jason noticed it, made a recommendation. In no time Jordan was out there fixing it. Thanks Jason and Jordan and also Vortex Pools for continued great service

Vortex was great. Just bought a brand new hot tub from them. People were friendly, delivery was awesome, brought it all the way around to the back porch, hooked it up, filled it, and got it going with instructions on how to work the screen. Couldn't have asked for more.
