Here we have frozen foods left in the aisle’s unattended without any workers in sight putting the items away. The ice cream products were completely melted. I pressed on them to try to figure out how long these pallets have just been just sitting out unattended. I was in the store over half an hour and no one put any of the stuff away during that time! This explains why over the years I would get sick when I would eat frozen food items from Vons. Because I have seen this happen on many occasions with pallets just sitting out and now I am posting proof. Many of the items on the pallets contain seafood and other very perishable items on which the box clearly states to keep frozen. I don’t want to get sick anymore, so I will not purchase anything perishable from this store ever again. It was an hour before closing on my last visit to the store and with no workers in sight putting anything away makes me wonder if they don’t put it away until 5am when they reopen. The pallets contained hundreds of items that needed to be put in the freezers before thawing out. Over the years many items I bought had an unusual form which means they had been thawed out and refrozen. Very sad to see this at my local store.

Came this morning to get some things. Cody at the register has horrendous customer service skills. He laid the bags on our hands as he was rushing, (for no reason, store wasn’t busy) and he was being quite rude, short and impatient as we processed our purchases. Store presentation is great, however, he made the experience very uncomfortable. I couldn’t find a manager on my way out to discuss this.

Friendly staff but the prices were NOT good. We were visiting from SoCal, so not sure if those are normal prices for the area, but I felt ripped off on most things. Nonetheless, we needed supplies for Yosemite, so we paid the price.

Thank you to whomever works in the deli department/does purchasing. The food is consistent and much appreciated. Whomever put an Octopus ceviche together, ordered new salads, and keeps putting funky snacking items out- it is beyond appreciated. The little snack/bento boxes are a treasure.

They have a variety of Starbucks coffees. I found some chocolate filled chocolate chip cookies that are pretty good. Check out their meat 🍖 & deli depts.
What a variety w great stuff to choose from. I got tilapia for $7.23 per lb. Bought a fillet & sliced it into steaks
Baked it at 400° for 20mins w 🍋lemon juice & butter & minced garlic salt 🍋lemon pepper lil bit of season salt 🧂

Anyway the shaved buffalo chicken🐔, Chipotle 🐓chicken & sun dried tomato 🍅 turkey 🦃 are very good
Wish they had that salty Cotija goat cheese tho

On 11/24/24 I bought and tried both the "Pumpkin Pie and Sweet Potato Pie" for pre-thanksgiving dinner. Beyond Awful...horrible! Each pie tasted like the filling was cut with flour, and the spices were all off!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OR YOUR CALORIC THANKSGIVING INTAKE!!! *well, tonight, 11/25/24 I tried the single serving Chocolate fudge cake with chocolate frosting which was packed on Nov 24 and good till Nov 29th...Again terribly disappointed, the cake was dry and hard and tasted like it was made a year ago, What a waste of money!!! Why even bother... I guess people are tricked into buying it because it looks good with fresh frosting and never come in and get their money back!!!! VERYSAD.................
