Was a bit iffy about this place but was really craving a nail day for my day off, and it was worth it! Tom is the one who did these, first time I’ve ever had my nails done by a man and cats eye coat for $40 is not bad at all!

I went in today, a guy did my nails and it seemed like he was high. He kept forgetting what color I asked for and look at the results of my nails. They all were different sizes and shapes and the polish started to come off. Ge told him and he just laughed that’s why I figured he was high, he was shaking and constantly twitching. My nails was all out of shape.

This was the first time went here for a Pedicure it will unfortunately be my last. Customer service is very lacking! I was not greeted, I had to announce why I was there. The first I thing I noticed, the liner in foot soak area had a hole in it.
It was hard to communicate with the stylist that was performing my pedicure, she did not understand any English or speak it. The guy sitting next to her performing a pedicure on someone else, had to relay, everything I was saying.
I had to let the guy sitting next to her know, that the water was just Luke-warm, If she could, please add warm water. When the stylist was cutting my nails, she cut my skin on one of my toes which caused it to bleed. The stylist barely massaged my legs at all!!!
The Flat stones that were used, were barely warm. The wax in the bags, did not feel warm enough.
I came here for my birthday, to get Pampered, I DID NOT feel Pampered at All!
The amount that I paid, the service was very subpar. Very disappointed!

The lady named Kim who did my dip was so sweet and did a wonderful job. The young lady who did my eyebrows and lashes also very talented. The older guy who did my pedi was rude and rushed the process. Seemed annoyed to even be doing my pedicure. Very strange little man. I'll go back to this place but at the request he never goes near me again

On today Nov 2nd. These racist ass people. My daughter wanted eyebrows a certain way instead of her saying she can’t do it she goes to
Call my daughter difficult. When I confronted her she started speaking in their language. Rude ass people. Please stop patronizing them. They start to talk about you in their language when things aren’t right. They got the right one today

Customer service was absolutely terrible! The nail tech was ruff and failed to complete a dip powder set and I asked for it to be fixed. The supervisor stated, “She was too busy and told me I could get gel polish to cover it up or go somewhere else. I went somewhere else and will not be back to this nail salon. I do not recommend.
