I started coming to VIVE about 3 or so months ago and I feel like I've finally found a yoga home! I have had the luxury of trying out a number different classes from the various instructors and everyone has been great. The studio itself has a nice calm vibe and is always clean. The atmosphere makes you feel at home, while still being ok for an outsider to join. I really enjoyed the special series I did with Ashley in addition to the regular classes. I would definitely recommend. The introduction special is a great way to start

The studio has a number of excellent instructors who offer a variety of practice types and styles. I have been attending classes with Vive for over 5 years and I could not love my experience with Vive Yoga Studio anymore than I do. I love the variety of classes they offer, as well as their amazing instructors. Lately I have been utilizing their Zoom classes, which fits my busy schedule and provides me with the ability to not miss a class wherever I might be. I can’t say enough great things about Vive! The teachers are wonderful; they’re welcoming no matter your skill set and they offer classes for every level. I wish I could make every class in person because the studio has such a great vibe but love having the ability to attend class virtually as well. It’s such a great addition to downtown Edwardsville.

I have been going to Vive Yoga for about 2 years now. Each of the instructors are amazing and cater to the level of yoga practice you are at. They push you to challenge yourself but also continue to support you wherever you are at in your practice. Whether you are a beginner or a pro, Vive is a great place for you!

I’m so very grateful to have Vive in my life! I’ve been going to weekly classes for several years and simply love the space, the teachers, and the community of kind and friendly people it brings together 💛Every class is suitable for all experience levels because the instructors are great about offering modifications for beginners and challenges for experienced yogis. Felice (studio owner) is so sweet and talented and is always incredibly quick to respond to questions and suggestions. My favorite classes are Friday morning Vinyasa (perfect kick-off to the weekend!), Sunday Buti with Cassie (super fun class! Fantastic music and an amazing workout 🙌), and Core with Felice (great mix of stretch/flow and a killer core workout 🔥 ). I invite anyone to give Vive a try - you won’t regret it!!
