Worst experience. They moved me to a different chair in the middle of my pedicure. Plus I only received one coat of polish on my toes. So cheap and terrible experience. They clearly moved me around to try to accommodate more clients instead of finishing the job with me. Ridiculous. I do not recommend. You will be disappointed.

They were very nice, offered a bottle of water and candy when I came in. Tina was recommended by a friend and she did not disappoint. She took her time and was very gentle.

This was my first time at Vista Spa & Nails, but it's my daughter's favorite with Tina. I'm visiting her here for 3 months and will return to this spa. Kenny did the most fabulous leg massage and a wonderful job on the medium priced manicure. Then Kim gave me a detailed manicure and change of dip nails.

We got there for 9:00 am appointments and thank goodness we did! This was the Friday after New Year's and very quickly the place filled up and walk-ins were told to come back in an hour!

It took exactly 2 hours for a medium pedicure and a change of dip nails with manicure. But the BEST thing was the price!!! $65 total before tip! I pay $85 in Tacoma, WA!!!!?.

I highly recommend Vista Spa & Nails with Tina, Kenny, and Kim.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had here in Sierra Vista. I left in tears. I waited 30mins to be seen, which is absolutely ok. I finally got in the pedicure chair for my pedi and an older gentleman came about 20mins of me sitting there. I showed him the short acrylic red French tips that I wanted done. And he told me no acrylic . I assured him that the nude base in the picture was IN FACT acrylic/powder . I always get powder/acrylic on my toes because I like the super short square shape. He started the water and had me put my feet in the water was ice cold, he disregard my statement about the acrylic , I took my feet out of the water telling him that it wasn’t hot enough. Then he started the water again, and filled it and had me put my feet in and it was scorching hot. The water burned me. I started crying in the chair honestly because I was so upset. But I still have him a chance. After filling my feet he kept adjusting the water over and over and had me put my feet back in and the water burned me again. I asked him to stop and I left. I’m not a confrontational person or a loud person . And I absolutely don’t believe in making a scene . But the way I was treated today makes me wish we were never stationed here . I always over tip, I’m always very understanding. If I could give this place negative stars for the way they made me feel today I would .

I called ahead to see if they could get me in right away because I was pressed for time. I was told if I arrived in 10 mins, they could. I arrived in 9 mins and was told there was a 10 - 15 min wait. 20 minutes later I was still waiting and wouldn't have enough time for them to do my pedicure within the time I needed. Atmosphere wasn't very inviting and the polishes on the wall were super old. Definitely won't be going back.

Gorgeous and fast manicure and pedicure. It was exactly what I wanted. And I loved that they didn't have any loud tvs or anything. I will be back.
