If I could add literally 100 stars, it would be done with an endless ease. Our experience that the owner Marie displayed in her professionalism, warm, caring, thoughtfulness, supportive and creativity was absolutely priceless this weekend. Marie was very accommodating and communicated thoroughly. Considering that we reached out to her at the last minute in hopes of not only inquiring about the availability of Violet Noir, but also in support for lack of resources we had at our disposal prior to the fires.

Well, Marie and I had an initial conversation about the dire necessity of our needs and also shared with her that the planned Memorial reception already scheduled at our family's home in Altadena, unfortunately was no longer an option; which left us less than a week to plan.

Working with Marie and her team was an absolute pleasure! She flawlessly executed our event from start to finish, exceeding our expectations with her creativity, attention to detail, and seamless management of every aspect.

Her ability to anticipate needs with grace made the whole process and experience stress-free. We were particularly impressed with "Everything", including her unique and elegant decor that was color coordinated and beautifully designed, table dinning setting and cleanliness, making our event truly memorable for everyone in our family. Highly recommend Violet Noir for any event, as our experience was unmatched and priceless all in one!

I was on the fence about having a gathering, but after driving by the location several times, I submitted a request for quote, received a prompt reply, made a reservation to view the space, and absolutely fell in love with the venue!

I was going for a chill kickback vibe with a living room feel, a few circle tables for dining, and some lounging in the back patio area. A eat and drink at your leisure.

Marie heard my words and I felt 100% confident in her ability to deliver based off us bouncing off each other's vibes, I felt she truly got me.

She worked with the caterer Two Hommes to curate a special menu, secured the fabulous Angela as the bartender, booked photography and videographer services by Team Nick, independently decorated the whole venue based off my initial vibe check, and provided the cherry on top with valet services!

My guests could not stop talking about how beautiful everything was and said it was a very "Simone quality event," which says a lot for me to have had no part in the set-up. Marie delivered, and then some!

It was the most stress-free event possible! I look forward to hosting more events with Marie & Violet Noir!

Violet Noir is beautiful venue for small to medium events. Holds about 120 people comfortably. The entryway is beautifully decorated. It sets the tone for your event. All of my guest were dazzled by it. Everyone commented on how pretty it was. That entryway compliments and enhances any decorations you choose to do.The main hall is spacious and includes a fridge, stove microwave, ice machine. Ample counter space to use for set up or to incorporate into your decor. The outdoor space beautifully decorated as well. Ample seating and opportunities for pictures. The three distinct areas(entry, main, outdoor) gives a modern open concept feel that it very impressive. The restooms were clean and well stocked. The neighborhood felt safe and all of my guest were comfortable. It also smells really good in the entire venue. On top of all that, the owner Marie and her team were amazing . The right balance of warm and professional. She answered all my questions promptly, arranged outside vendors and went above and beyond to make my event a success. I truly felt she was just as excited and invested in my event as I was. I highly recommend you use Violet Noir for your next event.

My family and I had the pleasure of renting this venue on two separate occasions. For my grandmothers 80th birthday and my aunts 57th. The venue is spotless and the general decor was amazing. The venue was was styled to our liking, the supplied us when seating, tables, decorative panel boards, balloons, and so much more. The owner and host Marie provided top notch service and made our experience seamless from start to finish. Clean, safe and beautiful environment and I recommend this to everyone for your next event!

Very nice space inside and out! Comfortable and spacious inside, cute and cozy in the outside backyard space. I would definitely recommend this location for different types of events. The parking situation may not be ideal for everyone but there’s street/neighborhood parking. Definitely a gem and I will recommend this spot now that I know about it.

I have passed by this venue hundreds of times. This past Saturday, my family had a chance to occupy the venue for a repast. The space was amazing-indoors and out. The owner was absolutely amazing in accommodating our needs. She went above and beyond and my family and I are grateful to have worked with her and we look forward to using this venue for future events.
