We got married at Vine Hill House in September 2024! From the very beginning, we knew we had found something special. The team at this venue was absolutely incredible—so warm, professional, and truly dedicated to making our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more. They weren’t just “helpful”—they were invested in our vision and went above and beyond at every step to ensure every detail was perfect.

One of the standout features of this venue is its exceptional relationships with vendors. The venue team has curated a list of trusted professionals, and they worked seamlessly with everyone to ensure that everything ran flawlessly, especially the catering company, TRENDS CATERING! WOW! It was clear that they had strong partnerships with the vendors, which made the day stress-free and allowed us to enjoy every moment.

As for the venue itself—wow. It’s nothing short of magical. The natural beauty of the space, combined with the thoughtful design and attention to detail, made everything feel so romantic and elegant. We didn’t need to add much—everything was already so stunning! Our guests were absolutely blown away by the venue and have been raving about it ever since. It truly set the stage for a day we will never forget.

We can’t thank this team enough for creating such a beautiful and unforgettable experience for us. They truly know what they’re doing, and we felt completely supported from start to finish. If you’re looking for a venue that not only offers breathtaking beauty but also has a team that is skilled, passionate, and truly knows how to make your day perfect, this is the place!

This place is amazing. Stunning vineyard views and outstanding wine. Dan O'Connell, the owner, is knowledgeable and passionate about his craft while also being a truly delightful person to work with. Our company has held two business meetings here and, if I have it my way, our next Fall meeting will be here as well. They do a lot of weddings (I understand), and I can absolutely see why. Such a beautiful property.

I had my wedding at Vine Hill House in September and was blown away! I always wanted my wedding to be completely outside, with a backyard feel that incorporated my favorite parts of Sonoma County- the redwoods & vineyards. Vine Hill was exactly that and was the best fit for our wedding! From the day we signed our contract to the end of our wedding day, the VHH team supported us every step of the way. We didn’t have a wedding planner, but Brigitte and Dan had consistent check-ins with checklist to make sure we had everything ready for the big day. Because of the consistent meeting with them, it felt like we really knew them by the time the wedding happened. The day of, they set up all our decor and table settings and truly made my vision come to life! They create a timeline that is followed to a tee which eliminated my stress for the day of. I also loved having the house at the venue to spend the entire day to get ready in, watching the property transform into my wedding before my eyes was unforgettable! Everyone loved the views, sunset over the vineyards, and the way VHH transformed the ceremony section of the venue into the dance floor! It was also really special that we were able to have real candles. Another unique think that our guests loved was the tasting area nestled into the Redwoods next to the dance floor! my husband and I live in Tennessee so we did a moonshine tasting and it was a really cool experience for our guests! Lastly, I loved all the different spots to take amazing photos. From the redwoods, to vineyards, to apple orchards, we have the most amazing pictures to look back on our beautiful day. I would have my wedding here ten times over if I could!

I had the pleasure of photographing a wedding here and the grounds were absolutely breathtaking! From a vendor POV, it's so nice not having to travel between ceremony and reception locations, saving time for the couple and just making the whole day effortless and relaxed. My husband and I got married at Vine Hill House in May 2024. The Vine Hill team was there for us from the start. They had the best suggestions, recommendations and advice for our wedding. Brigitte made planning such a breeze; her attention to detail and sharp memory for our preferences made us feel valued and that we were in good hands. When I wanted to change the wedding day schedule, Brigitte and Dan proposed a schedule that was entirely catered to our wants and needs - it was perfect.

The day of the wedding Brigitte made my wedding design come to life! She set up the decorations exactly how I envisioned them without me giving her much guidance. Lily was a champion and helped so much with the details for our florals. The entire Vine Hill team has so much experience with weddings they created a calm and happy feeling and it made for such a beautiful wedding! Thank you for everything - you are all the best!!!

Many things drew us to choose Vine Hill House for our wedding at the end of July. We could not be more thrilled me made that decision. Every detail, every touch and the amazing property with the best views of vineyards and apple trees made the day magical beyond our imagination (and we have really good imaginations). Dan and his team were beyond wonderful and took care of every detail. The venue is well contained so you can easily transition from one part of the wedding to the other. They thought of everything and instinctively knew how to make every element perfect. They were a pleasure to work with and were extremely communicative and helpful through the whole process. The environment and all the little touches they have added to the atmosphere really elevated ours and our guests experience. Dan and Brigitte and the team jumped in and took over all the details so we could be fully present. Dan and Brigitte and the team took so much stress and worry off our backs and our families so we could really enjoy the whole experience. And boy did we! It was the most magnificent and perfect day. We highly recommend Vine Hill House and Dan and his team for your wedding! We wish we could get married again tomorrow so we could do the whole thing over again at Vine Hill House! We cannot thank them enough for delivering the most memorable wedding day for us!

My husband and I got married at Vine Hill June 2024 and can't thank them enough for all the work and dedication this team put in to making our day the greatest day of our lives!

I'm not sure where to even start because this venue is so unbelievably special. The views are truly spectacular, we had guests going to all the well known vineyards/wineries in the area and still when they walked through the hydrangeas into the space their jaws dropped. It's something you really have to see to believe. Being able to spend the whole day getting ready, marrying my best friend, dancing under the biggest full moon I've ever seen is something out of a movie. We have heard from every single guest that it was the best wedding they've ever been to and that is no doubt thanks to the team here.

This brings me to Brigitte and Dan. Wow. They truly blew me away, from our first tour at Vine Hill I knew Brigitte was an expert at her craft. Coming from the event planning space I came prepared with a whole bunch of questions, she had answered all of them before I even got a chance! Then the wedding day, she is the most incredible day of coordinator, she wasn't pushy or stressed seeming at all yet would check in on us to make sure we were ok, see if we needed water, or give us a quick update on what was coming up next. We had some delays to shuttles, a bustle that didn't really want to bustle lol, and some pretty extreme heat on our day and she handled everything for us to the point where I was able to just completely enjoy myself. Brigitte from the bottom of my heart thank you for everything! Dan knows this venue inside and out and made sure each detail was PERFECT, he takes so much pride in his weddings and that comes through so clear. I heard later that he even showed some of our younger guests who had never seen how wine was made before the grapes and brought him into the vineyards, and I've heard from their parents that they're still talking about it!

This venue truly is magic and if you get the opportunity to be married here you will absolutely love it!

My Husband and I had the most magical wedding day at Vine Hill House in early October 2023. Dan and Brigette are so easy to work with, and they are the dream team. From our first tour to saying our last goodbye the night of the wedding, they were kind, professional and had every detail dialed in. This venue is turn key and has weddings down like the back of their hand. If you're a busy person and don't have time to deal with a lot of the details of a wedding, VHH is the place for you. Our day was almost 100 degrees, but luckily VHH has gorgeous redwood trees towering over the ceremony location, we didn't need the 100 hand fans I panic bought 3 days before the wedding. Dinner is set on a lawn overlooking a sea of grapevines, where you also have the opportunity to take stunning sunset photos. Dancing is back near the ceremony location, under the redwoods and market lights. We had the BEST DAY. We seriously couldn't be happier with our selection of Vine Hill House. We also selected a lot of our vendors off of their preferred vendor list, which I also recommend doing. Their preferred vendors have worked with Dan and Brigette before and know Vine Hill House very well. Your day goes smoother when your vendors have working relationships and know the venue. Our day went on without a hitch thanks to Dan, Brigette and the Trends Catering Team. We are so thankful for them and all of our vendors for being so easy and fun to work with.
