I got my nails and massage done today by Anna. She is very sweet, professional and her work is phenomenal!! My nails turned out exactly how I wanted them. The massage was amazing!! I have never gotten a massage so relaxing and she has covered all my pressure points. The staff here are all so kind, they make u feel right at home. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back!! I can’t wait for my next session!!

I saw advertisement on google $49 first time customer for 1hour massage good price. Decided to come try it and am glad I did now I will be regular thank you Lana she was amazing. Love ViloSpa atmosphere absolutely amazing, clean , and most importantly girls are so friendly and sweet.

I came in for a deep tissue massage because I needed pain relief from severe back pain. I was very impressed by this hidden gem. They were friendly and it was very clean and relaxing ambiance. My massage therapist used just the right amount of pressure and was attentive. The sound from the waiting room detracted a little by the massage was so good and fixed my problem that I didn’t see a need to take stars off. Will definitely return.

*UPDATED REVIEW BELOW*I came because their website advertises a new client $49 one hour massage which is a really great deal. Spa is very clean and has a nice ambiance. The receptionist was friendly and got me into a room immediately. The room was super clean and had a relaxing vibe.
The three stars is because my masseuse was nice but seemed like she had no formal training. I am not exaggerating when I say that it felt like a glorified lotion rub down. I always feel bad for asking for harder pressure anywhere I go because I feel like I’m going to make them more tired, but I absolutely had to ask this time and her “hard” pressure was not enough to make any significant impact. Im not even someone that enjoys super hard pressure or anything too deep tissue so please dont think that my definition of hard pressure is skewed. I came in with significant right neck and shoulder pain and left feeling exactly the same and if not, worse because the bed was not the most comfortable. Of course I still tipped her for her time and effort though.
If you enjoy a light pressure massage, this place will be perfect for you. I totally understand that you get what you pay for and I really wish I would have just spent the extra $15-20 and went to one of my usual places. Again, the spa was cute and the staff was friendly in person and over the phone, and their website made booking super easy, but unfortunately I dont know if I would come back to risk it and give it another shot.

I originally rated three stars. Irina, the spa manager, contacted me the day after my original appointment and was so kind and apologized for my experience and generously offered me a complimentary 30 minute massage to make up for my experience. I came back in and Oksana (a different masseuse) took CARE of me. I have chronic pain in my right shoulder and side of my neck. She gave me the best massage I have EVER had within just 30 minutes. She is truly talented, so attentive and in tune with your body. She stretched me out and was so meticulous. I havent had this much relief from a massage ever. I immediately re-booked with her and I dont see myself ever going anywhere else! I am SO so thankful for her and Irina because dealing with chronic pain is so difficult and can feel helpless. Thank you Vilo Spa for the incredible therapeutic experience ❤️
