Told a me $300 for an event there, as soon as my fiance and I got there to check the place out and they found we wanted to have our wedding there it became $300 to decorate the day before, $100 for the day off a $1000 deposit, an extra $200 to have wine and $600 to use some round tables. Plus we would not even get the whole hall because there was potentially a group that may want to use the lower floor for something else.
Place was nice but when the price shoots from $300 to $2200 that's a substantial change for a wedding.

I have called multiple times and they have not answered, and then finally they answered and I ask about venue rental and he says I need to go online…I did I submit a form and emailed multiple times and no one has gotten back to me. The guy says yeah well whatever and hangs up. Horrible venue, I won’t renting from them ever and I won’t be recommending anyone else to do so.

Amazing Venue! Cheaper than most venues in town. Especially for all the many wonderful things this places has that most just don't. (Ex. Kitchen, Built in Dance Floor, Nice Bathrooms, Plenty of space, Built in Sound Systems/Media Entertainment and so many other additional options!) Love it. 10/10 or ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Beautiful venue for a wedding. The view was amazing. The sound system sounded great and ran smoothly for music. The top floor has a great layout for ceremony, eating and dancing all in one room. It was great that they had a kitchen for use. My family would have appreciated dishcloths available for cleaning dishes.

Very well kept establishment. Dry Dock on the bottom floor is where it's at when you need a fresh start. Best 4th of July BBQ in town.

The staff was exceptional, the facility was superb. Plenty of parking, all you need is provided from tables to sound and even a disco ball. Well worth the price which was reasonable. I recommend this facility without any reservations.
