horrendous set of acrylics. by the time i was out of there my nails looked a week old. paint was lumpy and chunky and it seems like the paint didn't cover my nail all the way. i got one nail that was crooked af and the receptionist didn't acknowledge the things that upset me about my set. he completely dismissed everything i said. i waisted my time coming here again to get my nails fixed and they didn't want to fix them without charging me.

My vacation was ruined because of my full set of nails. Thick, terrible shape , and they rushed . In addition, I could not take photos because they cracked to my skin and caused discomfort and looked terrible . Save some time and money and go elsewhere

I came in for a pedicure and asked for the 55 minute one which came with the massage. The appointment was not 55 minutes it was more like 35 minutes. They burn you with the wax they don’t even bother to ask if you’re ok. The thing that I liked was that they didn’t talk to me. She started to force a conversation but I answered and said nothing else to continue the conversation. Will I go back definitely not!

I feel so bad coming on here and giving them one star, because I know this is their way of making a living. I’ve never in my life have had to ask to completely remove the acrylic application. Since the start when she was glueing on the tips, it was off. The acrylic application was horrible. She would apply it and drag it down, it was all lumpy very thin by the cuticle area, and very thick at the top, on the sides there was places where there wasnt acrylic. There were air bubbles everywhere, since the acrylic wasnt properly set, it was lifting. I kindly said to the lady that I didnt like my nails and if she can soak them off, because they were not properly applied. Of course she and another worker told me they werent done yet and to let her finish, I asked her again to please take them off and she continued her work. Took forever to drill them down and shape them due to the horrible application. Once she filed them down they still didnt look ok, and she asked if they were ok and I told her it doesn’t matter what I say because you’re still going to continue doing them. She continued to file them, trying to fix them. I appreciate her trying to fix her work but I was already embarrassed and felt completely uncomfortable, I’m pretty sure she felt the same way. I asked her again if she could please soak them off and I didnt want the service anymore because it was never done correctly in the first place. Finally she proceeded to soak them off. Another 30 minutes waisted. Another lady came and offered her manicure services to try to fix the issue, I appreciate it, but for someone to work as a nail tec and not now how to properly apply acrylic is concerning. I went there to relax and have my nails done and the whole time I felt extremely uncomfortable, by being upset and embarrassed. Now due to the soak off from acetone and all the filing my nails hurt! I was only able to record my left hand, but the right one was even worse. Please do not go here for a full set.

I loved this place! Appointments are highly encouraged but thankfully I was able to get in immediately as a walk in. I didn’t like the fact that the person who did my pedicure didn’t speak English so I had to rely on others to communicate. She also was obviously talking about me and laughing because my toenail had been damaged by a weight that fell on it. However, that was my only issue with the visit. They only take cash when it comes to tips. They have an atm on site and deduct $2 from the bill to offset the atm fee. I loved that they used partitions to attempt to keep everyone safe during this pandemic. The paraffin wax and massage was AMAZING!

Only go here if you are prepared to spend hours and extra money. They’re slow, and charge extra for everything. I got a fill, apart from the fill charge there is a charge for the type of powder they chose to use, $4 to shape( I didn’t change the shape) , $3 for the length(if they’re short because they’re short, if they’re long because they’re long) , gel polish, and additional for the design which is acceptable
So if everything is charged like that, then what does the fill charge entail?
It must be their lack of the English language , when doing a fill; powder, filing and color is a part of it, so why is it all being charged again. They’re ridiculously overpricing and their reasoning is because it’s more work! More work than what? Doing nothing? ok 👍

UPDATE: I was having serious pain on my middle finger from the set and I couldn’t handle it anymore. I soaked them to have them remove easily and to my surprise, my nail is MESSED UP. Absolutely digusting and unprofessional. I asked for black French tip, and red bottoms. This lady said she charging $20 extra for painted bottoms. Super unfair and they look horrible. I asked for tapered squared and was left with chunky nails. The total was $88 dollars in total which is expensive even though they look horrible. The glue is visible where the rhinestones are and just a horrible spot to get your nails done. Don’t come here.

came here a day before my daughter’s birthday so we can both get our nails done They were very unprofessional when gluing on The nails for my daughter the glue was very cheap and it kept falling off. I had made an appointment specifically for airbrush nails and I get there and they told me they’re not able to do them really unprofessional wasted my time coming here. I also got my eyebrows done and the woman’s under arm smelled bad. When walking in the whole place smelled like Ramen noodles keep in mind it was 9:30 AM. The floor was sticky. and it didn’t help that they didn’t have a on the doors were open, and it was very humid outside making it even hotter inside. Elaine is the only one that knows how to do nails here. I recommend not coming here unless you’re booking with her.
