This could be a nice hotel if they would just invest a few dollars in each room; pillows were weird/small/hard, no towel bars or toilet paper holders, towels were thread bare and they gave us 2 towels for 2 adults staying for 3 nights, shower knob doesn’t work right, tub/shower needs new caulking, furniture drawers are broken, no security safe, door doesn’t close all the way-putting on the security lock sort of helped, breakfast is a joke! Oh, and we got in late on our second night and our room key stopped working. I walked up to the front desk and said, my key doesn’t work, he asked what room, I gave him the room number and he gave me a new key! Didn’t ask for my name or ID…major security breach! Great location and could be nice…

Definitely 3 stars as described. Place has a lot of potential but the owner needs to put more work into it. Granted I came in the winter which isn't busy for them so I think they have bare minimum staff right now. Might be better to come in the spring or summer.

Pool OUT OF SERVICE so that was a bummer.
Nice room but dirty in some spots like the walls had some random markings.
Heater worked but was a little noisy sometimes.
Beds need to be flipped or replaced. Worn out. Uneven when I was lying down.
I like the mini office area separate from the beds. My fridge didn't work 🙁 but luckily I didn't need it. The bathroom door is awkward as someone mentioned. Slides but its heavy wood instead of a normal door.
The beds were just sheets so I had to ask for a comforter. They handed me one and I carried it to my room.
Breakfast was just coffee juice corn flakes and sausage. No eggs probably bc they're so expensive now 😅 It was too quiet though . They should play some music for guests.

So overall I was content with my stay. Just expect a basic room and a small breakfast and you should be satisfied. I didn't try the shower so can't say how that is.

The ambience/design is nice though. Has potential to be a beautiful hotel. Hope the owner puts more work into it for the spring/summer.

Things are closed like the steakhouse and pool. I think I'll come back in the summer. Maybe everything will be open then?

My room was on the 3rd floor toward the middle.

The internet didn't work well so that was a bummer.

They do charge a 200 dollar deposit as well, which I was iffy about, but I did get it returned back on my card within the week.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! No hot water. Would not move us into another room. Would not refund so we could go somewhere else. We stayed 3 nights and had cold showers everyday. Bathroom smelled like pee, tile falling off in the shower, towel bars falling off of the wall. 1/2 painted. Holes in the walls.
Rented as a weekly hotel. The only saving grace compared to other reviews is that I'm thankful we didn't have the roaches.
Exterior is run down.

We stayed here so you don’t have to. You’re welcome. The online video showed promises of a Spanish cantina hotel with grandeur. What we got instead was lipstick on a pig. Checking in was off putting. The two associates were going back and forth and one had no idea what they were doing. It took longer than expected to get checked in and we were the only ones there.

After we went to our room we wanted to get into the jacuzzi so we changed and didn’t pay much mind to the room. We get to the jacuzzi and it’s cold. The knob that you turn to engage the Jets didn’t work. It was an ice bath that we didn’t get into. Naturally the pool was even colder.

There room was sub par and mediocre. Honestly don’t waist your time here. It feels like they started renovations and then they ran out of finances to complete. The rooms appeared nice but there were burn marks on the floor, base boards were missing from the wall, the towels had holes, the bed duvet wasn’t even a duvet. It was sheets and a blanket. They stressed their duvet online lol. It also had holes and/or burn marks. The king bed was an absolute joke. A whole four inches of thickness. I only say that because I’m being generous. And it was on top of wood planks? Ouch. Lastly my favorite, Multiple creepy crawlers that needed to be eradicated.

This is the only hotel we’ve stayed at where we were going to leave. The only reason we didn’t was because we were too tired.

The only nice thing about this place was the fact that it was quiet and not noisy.

There’s great potential here but the maintenance and “remodel” are garbage. Use your money at the Travel Lodge or motel 6. You’ll get more value there for your stay.

Gross! Where do I start? First at check-in, the rug was infested with bugs. My ankles we bit 10 times just by standing there. Then they charged me extra because I was 45min early. The toilet was running all night. The heater didn't work and my 3 year old woke up cold at night. The control was missing the back. There were holes throughout the room. I made sure to document this because they are ready to charge me the deposit for anything that broke. At breakfast there were small flies in side the bread box. The cream cheese they provided was a big coscto size bin with all the leftovers crumbs inside from everyone who dug in.

The hotel is very old, but based on the facility you can tell it was a super fancy hotel back then, it's very old now, but given the price, I think it's a decent deal. Our room had some AC issues, but the staff was very nice and helpful, they switched us to a working room immediately. The pool and garden of the hotel is beautiful, I didn't swim but it would be a nice thing to do if you plan to.

Do not stay here! Stick to a trusted hotel chain you know. On the surface initial photos looked nice but once you arrive you’ll immediately see cars that have been parked long term by “extended stay” guest. You’ll notice the grounds are unkept.

One elevator smells like urine, one has a missing handle with the metal bracket exposed. Room felt humid and although our A/C worked the room is pretty gross. Food left on the pull out couch mattress. Handprints one the bathroom door. Carpet is so disgusting our kids pajamas were blackened so that prompted an unexpected laundry day. Bought slippers just to walk in the hotel before getting back in bed.

The staff is polite but got a call at 10pm to move more truck and trailer to an alternate location by security with our much reason…very suspect.

Interval international contacted the friend desk but no refund was offered. Best they can do is move us into an alternate room. I asked the first night but all that was offered was housekeeping.

Pillows are suitable for maybe only a child. Mattress are paper thin and appear to be oversized 15-20 years old.
