Juneteenth 2022 Celebration in Fresno today, tomorrow, and Monday. It is a very nice place to have a venue. It was a great day of meeting new people, great food and listening to all kinds of stories and being able to purchase all kinds of African & American goods. A great African American, 1st legal holiday celebration. Thank you to all of the Fresno Services that came out to support. Including EMS, Fresno Fire, American Ambulance, Fresno Police and all others who volunteered their time, and of course me representing American Red Cross!

If you go to a concert here expect there to be an hour wait to use the restroom. Great venue outside of that

Went for a conference, not bad accommodations. There are no close by restaurants. They had a BBQ stand that wasn't that great and improperly managed. Security was lax, they had you empty your pockets but didn't catch a folding knife I had clipped to my pants pocket.

Was able to re enter from an unguarded exit without question and after entry passed several guards who watched me walk in.

Sorry I was a deputy chief in a security company for several years and I always made sure my officers knew their jobs and performed well for the client.

Unfortunately over the numerous times I have been here it has gotten more dilapidated. The Fresno Convention Center nearby is relatively new however this place is a dump. Dimly lit, walls and ceiling need painr. Floor needs help. The staff when we are there are usually friendly. It could be better but it isn't. It's as ugly and run down as the exhibit buildings at the Fresno fair. If it continues to affect crowds as it did this year we will seriosly consider not participating at this venue in the future.

This is a middle sized event venue with break out rooms available. It's main hall is undecorated and looks like a warehouse until it is decorated and filled with people.

My first memory of the place is from roller derby. Smog City Roller Girls hosted their home bouts there. There is enough room for the track and fans situated around it (though tape was needed to cover the seams in the cement floor).

More recently I have worked events there as a bartender for Pardinis Catering. They can transform a place into damn near anything a client asks for. My first bartending gig was for a military ball and it was black tie fancy through and through.

I suppose one's experience would vary greatly depending on what they were attending. It's important to note that concessions and service are not necessarily included with the venue. You're experience will depend on what the host chooses to include by hiring a vendor or supplying it themselves.
