Never got to stay because of Dixie Fire.
Not Vagabond's fault.
Called to request my $230 deposit made by check last Feb. be applied to next years reservation.
Was rudely told NO WAY. we are booked up all next year.
"So you will just keep my money with no recourse ?" I asked.
"YES" and call was ended by them.
Sorry and bitter owners do not deserve sympathy...

I didn't stay here and I wouldn't.
In this the 21st century, it's downright LAZY not to have a business website with the ability to check availability and make reservations. CALL YOU?! Seriously, who has time for that? Just let us know if you have no vacancy like any other hotel or resort: ON YOUR WEBSITE!
